They seem very shady, or the leasing consultant does. I agreed to co-sign for a lease for my niece for six months (she's a foster child and just turned 18). I was assured that it would only be for the six months and they would renew their lease without my name for another six months if they decide. However, they require me to sign a Guaranty Agreement without an end date. If they are willing to place them on a lease without me, why should I still be assumed to be financially obligated when not on the lease? I shouldn't be, but the guaranty states "full term of the lease or for so long as lessee

I have lived here with my elderly mother for almost five years now. I have always felt safe here, have friendly and polite neighbors, never have parking problems, and always have been treated fairly and promptly by John the manager, the office staff, and by maintenance who are quick to respond to requests. The buildings are a bit dated (the walls have made "popping" noises and there is noticeable settling; there was one small leak in the roof- reported!- by our front door) but they were built in the '80s, so I guess that's understandable. Any family would be safe here in a peaceful, clean, quiet

I lived in these apartments for 1 year. My room mate and I were very clean, quiet and had "type A" personalities. We ran into one of the classic "move out, lose deposit, get charged" nightmares with this apartment complex. They had an improperly installed sliding glass mirror which was brought to their attention multiple times. Typically, once per day, I would need to slide it back on the rails, to have access to my clothes. Long story short after months of them neglecting this, the mirror cracked due to the improper installation and sliding off the rail. They added this to

The maintenance men here are great. They respond quickly and they go above and beyond. The other day, Leonard and Niche helped me and my roommate move a sectional couch into our apartment on the second floor (when I say helped, I mean they did all the work). We wouldn't have been able to do it without them. That's obviously not part of their job description, but they were happy to help us out and extremely friendly.
Leonard and Niche have also fixed my garbage disposal and joked around with me while they were here as well as when I see them in the golf cart around the complex. Extremely

This complex was a nightmare. The staff is unresponsive and rude. I lived here for two years and after putting up with raised rent, theft, homeless people constantly dumpster diving, and worse then anything the thin walls where everything is loud. I figured when my upstairs neighbor got drums it was time to make a few pleas with the office to do something. They were completely useless and would not help more then put a few notes on the door. This eventually lead to me being done with this place it is dirty grimy badly built and the staff are neglectful of their duties. This place sucks you in with

Bad management, lived there for two years. Don't fix things in timely manner, are never in the office, ever. False advertising, give no warnings about whether the apartment you are renting is updated or not. Over priced as well. Try anywhere else, seriously this is a terrible complex with noisey neighbors and truly awful management.
Swear to god I am not saying any of this out of anger, merely forewarning anyone who may end up making a mistake like I did.
Oh oh oh! And someone stole my underwear out of the washing machine. So keep that in mind, when you think about who you would be living next

Miserable place to live. Our truck was broken into, management does nothing. Gave notice to move out AND cleaned apartment meticulously and they charge $180 to clean it (from your deposit) no matter if you clean it or not. Gave two notices to move out and paid extra month rent because of their policy and they are still trying to charge rent for month I wasn't there...reason?..... they say I didn't give notice to vacate. CROOKS!!!!!!
