Man dont waste yall time here, i needed a lawyer to help me!!! but Joel K my lawyer and Kristina his assistant did NOTHING!! i called for my attorney once a week For 6 months. But always ended up getting Kristina his assistant and she always told me she was gon deliver the message for him to call me back. I never received a phone call from him until i wanted to switch Counsels. & when he did call that day Apparently he was on Vacation for 6 months!!! Avoid at All Costs They Faulty Over There!!! I wish it was 0 stars to give them and Kristina should be fired for working with the oppositions!!!!

I did not want to go to the guy that invades local daytime TV commercials.
The Mc Devitt Law firm was also technologically savvy. I worked with them during lockdowns, never meeting in person, but never missing a beat.
The assistants are so knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive that there is no need for the assigned attorney, but in the background proviing guidance, and to close the deal.
I am very pleased with the McDivitt Law firm, and highly recommend working wit them over the others

Thank you so much to Tony Tracy & Lamesia Johnson! I came to McDivitt because I was hit by a driver whose car insurance was refusing to cover the damage to my car, because she was driving someone else's car. All I wanted was my car fixed, the damage was fairly minor. In the end, Tony was able to not only get them to fix my car, but due to the fact that the car she was driving had no insurance, her company had to pay policy limits! I never expected to end up with a substantial settlement & my car fixed!

Let me say that this exceptional law firm represent my wife and myself. We couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention given to both of us. I went to this law firm after a workers comp injury, I had 2 case managers while the case was ongoing. Both stated they returned calls within 24 hours: not true. Called on April 4th regarding my workers comp injury. Close to 3 weeks later she called pissed at me. Michelle B stated I never called on April 4th and left a message for her..flat called me a liar and stated she could have the techs pull call records. I told her please do. She would see from the records I did call and leave her a message. It was still listed in my phone records. She has gotten snotty more often than not because
