From the first day we came to check this place out, Outlook has been quite frankly an amazing place to live. My partner and I moved in on August 1st, 2021, and we love it.
Walls are pretty soundproof, amenities are kept up, and the proximity to endless walking/running paths is incredible.
Not many kids running around, and those which are seem to be pretty respectful most of the time.
Management stays on top of residents about important stuff, and maintenance is efficient, responds to tickets quickly, and everyone who works here is just genuinely enjoyable to be around.

The leasing staff, while kind in person, were rude and disrespectful of my time. I was emailed a list of available apartments and scheduled a visit. Sent an email day of to confirm our time. I showed up at our agreed time, and not only did they double book showings, but after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes I was told that none of the apartments sent to me were available.

Saddened at how Greystar handled my situation (long read but honest opinion)
Let me start off by saying, up until last Friday morning Outlook by Greystar has been a pleasant place to live for my girlfriend, me, and our two pups. The staff are ALWAYS super friendly and very helpful. Maintenance has been very quick and effective at solving any of our issues and the amenities are for the most part very nice. Gym could be better but oh well. With that being said, I had been very happy with our decision to live here until last Friday when Greystar showed it’s true colors. Long story short my truck

$8/month to park in a lot where break-ins happen weekly, a 3rd party handles parking permits so cars get towed despite paying for permits, and parking still isnt guaranteed because RTD planned for more people taking Lightrail? We live in Golden CO and parking is run like it’s LA.

I am a brand new resident here, but all I can say is my husband and I have been treated like gold from the beginning. Angeline is like super woman. I have always had any concerns addressed immediately with complete kindness and professionalism. I had a few electrical issues upon move in, and was able to meet Jeff and Frank who are kind, professional, and worked hard to make sure everything was just right. Unfortunately they decided not to heat the pool anymore without notice or warning. Even though that’s a huge amenity they advertise still and one of the biggest reasons most residents chose this place. The hot tub will now be busy with adults trying to relax while children are in it to play. So if your looking for a heated pool year around this isn’t your place

My wife and I moved in to these apartments about two months ago and we LOVE them. We have always wanted to live in a “downtown” style apartment. The office staff was brilliant, on the ball and extremely helpful. The amenities here are second to none and thirsty thursdays are always a blast. Very rarely have we experienced bad parking availability and in most cases if I wait a bit I can almost always find a good spot.
I would recommend this complex to anyone looking. Great place to live.

Very poor customer service from the leasing staff, and hidden fees in the lease upon move out. You're constantly able to hear neighbors upstairs, parking was an absolutely nightmare, and they don't keep the quality up in the common areas (rooftop deck, pool, bbq pit, etc.). We had a maintenance issue with our ac unit vibrating and making noise… (access via metal door in the bathroom) and were told the building was not constructed as it should have been. In order to fix our issue, maintenance placed rocks/boulders in the ceiling to weigh down the access door to stop from vibrating. We spent

I have really enjoyed living here! The staff has gone above and beyond since day one and has really made me feel welcome. They have weekly resident events (which is an awesome way to make friends if you're moving from out of the area) and this is one of the most pet-loving communities I have every lived at. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adored living at Outlook Golden Ridge (and I'm sad that facebook keeps suggesting it because I no longer can afford it ): ). We never experienced any issues in our apartment (no noise from neighbors or broken appliances),perhaps an occasional clogged drain which the maintance team was quick to fix. The staff is all extremely friendly,… helpful, and efficient in delivering messages about filter checks well in advance as well as general complex notices. I really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub year round. Parking was an issue in the beginning but they were able to handle it
