I've lived at Riva Ridge for 3 years now and it has been the best renting experience I've ever had. Property management is friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. The price is more than fair for the location and layout. It's also comfortable all year long with the central ac/heat and wood burning fireplace. Great place to live!

Best place to live in Lakewood!
I moved in over 3 years ago and love living here! All of the staff is so courteous and helpful! Leah is the best! The area is quiet especially for being so close to 6th Ave. The apartments are very clean and well-maintained. If there is ever a problem in my apartment, maintenance is quick to respond and will leave a note for me saying what they did, if I'm not home. Thank you Leah for taking such good care of this property!

Riva Ridge Apartments is ideally located right next to Red Rocks Community College, which I attended for two years while living here. It's also very close to hiking trails, parks, Red Rocks Amphitheater and downtown Denver. I loved it here! The maintenance team was very responsive to the work orders I had and the management team was always helpful and courteous. I will definitely miss Leah, Marty and overall the pleasant, safe community.

I lived here for 5 years. It is a nice apartment:
1. Maintenance is fast, friendly, and good at their job.
2. Front office staff are friendly and organized. Leah is very sweet.
3. It is as quiet as an apartment can be.
4. Assigned parking is nice, but there are plenty of street spots for guests.
5. The pool is a little old, but is pleasant.
6. Parks are close by.
7. This area doesn't have a "downtown", but if you don't mind driving or don't go out much, it is just fine. Golden is close and the mountains.
I only moved for work, otherwise, I'd still be there!

I have been living in a one bedroom apartment for almost a year. I am very happy so far and never had any problem. Apartments are so clean, quiet, and well constructed. I had the lowest gas and electricity bills in my life in this place, even though, this year CO got a huge amount of snow. The living room has a lot of sunshine during the day especially if your windows are facing East. kitchen appliances were all brand new for us so no problem at all. It was our first place in Colorado and moving in from out of state is daunting, but Leah made it super easy and worked with us.
We had zero problems the time we lived here and have only good things to say. The complex is right across from Wright Park and there are a few other parks within walking distance.
There is easy access to 6th Avenue to get you where you need to go. Downtown Denver is maybe 15 minutes away.
