Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
FoxHill Apartments are a wonderful place for my family and I. Nice and quiet; close to parks, walking trails and shopping. The views are breathtaking. Maintenance response time is great. Best of all is that I like the staff. They are very nice and the best in customer service. They are a joy! I love this area.

On the very first day that I visited Golden, I had the pleasure of meeting Flor for a tour of the property. Her professional demeanor, charisma, and helpful spirit left a lasting impression to say the very least. Although I didn't ultimately end up becoming a member of the Fox Hill community, I enjoyed my experience and the introduction that she gave me to the area. I chose Golden as my future home, in part because of the welcoming and hospitable nature of people like Flor.

Just moved here and am very happy with the apartment! The location is great, very close to a lot of places for hiking, eating, you can easily walk to the grocery store too! Emily was also a major help getting everything in order to get the apartment! She was very responsive made the move a lot less stressful! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an apartment in the area!

So, I tend to update my reviews, should I have any interaction after the fact with management, based on what I have shared here on Yelp.
I find it interesting to mention, that I shared a poor (and honest) review about Fox Hill and mentioned that I had tried to reach out to management after receiving late fees that we wished to dispute according to the measures included in our lease and I received no feedback. In fact, rather than face the music, the management sent our bill directly to collections: the people in the Collections department were actually much better to work with than the people

I applied to this place to live. They claim i have an eviction on my record and i don't. I have the paper work proving it was not from the court. You can't even get a hold of anyone. After weeks of trying they claim i falsified my application and they are able to keep my 250 dollar deposit. This place will take what you have. They have been so non responsive. I now have to send them the letter proving i don't have a damn eviction so they can give me my money back. The screening company they use is awful.

My Friend And I have been working with Emily on securing a one bedroom here. From the very first day walking in, the staff is warm and inviting. They are unbelievably caring, and show no lack of compassion, in these uncertain times. We believe they actually want to help people find the right home. Living at fox hill apartments has been an absolute pleasure, from move in to move out emily the leasing agent has my made experience so smooth and easy! the maintenance is kind and helpful and quick. they are building a cute little dog park next to the place and it’s right next to a beautiful view. not to mention such kind neighbors. you won’t regret your decision.

Aaron and Jeff, the maintenance duo on-site at Fox Hills, are really doing wonderful work. They always come-by with a cheery smile and a good attitude. I had my air-conditioner replaced this summer, and my bathroom painted in the Fall. They got back to me right away and I was very pleased with how well the jobs were done and by how quickly they did them. Keep up the good work. We all appreciate it!

Do not rent from Fox Hill Apartments! This place stole almost $400 from my boyfriend and I during the application process. They claimed my boyfriend had an eviction on his rental record, which was untrue, and said they were not allowed to show me any proof of this documentation. I applied and had to continuously call to get updated on the status of my app. for almost a week. I saw they had ran our records on September 8th and decided they were going to deny us, and then charged us $390 the next day! I understand that the application fees of $40 total were non refundable, but taking our $350 because

Let's see..... I told management about the noise from my upstairs neighbor practically being 24/7. Sounded like heavy metallic work boots being bounced off the floor, constant running back and forth for hours on end and I was asked if I talked with my neighbors about the noises they were making.... HELLO NOT MY JOB. And NO nothing was done about it. I requested a copy of my lease in DECEMBER and come JUNE I still didn't have it. DO NOT RENT from them!!!

Barb at the office is Fantastic .She processed my rental application in a very timely fashion The 2 bed 1 bath was in good repair except there was no heat turned on so I called maintenance and wow less than 30 min later heat was on and all was great .These apartments are very budget friendly Good bang for your buck .

For the Mines student on a budget, I can't recommend Fox Hill enough. Cheapest apartment rent in Golden.
PROS: cheaper than Summit View, super clean pool, laundry on site, friendly staff, on site 24 hour maintenance (if you report a problem, it'll be fixed the same day), right on the Golden bus lines (16, 16L, GS, pretty close to the call-n-ride at Golden High School) for those that don't want to blow money on gas and campus parking. Units are reasonably sized, and I've watched dozens of the units get new carpet/wood flooring over the three years I've been here. Lots of
