Living at Union West has been the best thing to happen to us. I moved in with my elderly mother to take care of her, and the staff here has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of. They even went as far as installing rails into the bathroom for her without even us asking. We have had perfect communication with the leasing office and are so happy with the choice we made.

I have lived at Union West for over a year and am thoroughly disappointed recently. My rent, which is already high, went up and today one of the property managers admitted to pressing his ear to my apartment door to hear inside while I was out walking my dogs. I work from home and am often on private calls. I cannot have someone evesdropping, it is not acceptable. I previously filed a complaint with a different property manager about someone entering my apartment without authorization and now this. It is a major privacy concern. A few months ago I would have rated as a 4, now there's no way.

Update: management took care of the issue and installed a new dishwasher. I appreciate the attention to the problem and handled it well.
Moved in recently and like the building but our dishwasher doesn’t work. Having a dishwasher was one of the only real things I absolutely have to have in an apartment. It turns on but literally does zero cleaning which I noted in the work order. The maintenance man stopped by for 3 minutes and informed my girlfriend that apartment dishwashers are really only for sanitizing and that we would need to wash our dishes in the sink before but them into the dishwasher

I did not end up leasing here due to us relocating to a different area, but I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service Julie provided! She was very friendly and engaging over the phone and provided all the info I needed almost instantly via email when surrounded communities didn’t even answer or even email me the info. Came to find out Julie is the property manager. I worked in property management for the past 5 years and its rare to see property managers engage in leasing like this. Definitely a green flag!

I would definitely recommend living at Union West. Besides the lovely décor, beautiful pool area and great location - the staff is really what makes it pleasant. Julie, Olivia and Eddi in the office are very friendly and competent. I just renewed my lease and Eddi was very patient with all of my questions and requests. I know that he is a busy guy, but he was timely with his replies and really made me feel like I was a priority. The other shining stars are the maintenance guys Jason and Steve. These two take care of this entire property inside and out and stay on top of all tenant maintenance

Lived here for 3 years, it’s like living in a resort, wonderful amenities: gym, year round pool!, party room, computer lounge, conference room, parking garage, all of it in one building ,,, never have to walk outside to clubhouse!! Dog park a few steps away. outstanding caring staff that sponsor monthly events w/ occasional great give away… prizes, food, drink, summer pool parties, themes like vision boarding, holiday crafts, painting w/ wine, and much more. No more home maintenance, they are here to fix whatever quickly w/ a smile. Upscale design competitively priced!! Glad to call

Lived here for a little more then 2 years with my son and we absolutely love it. Hot tub and pool year around, solid gym and relax room with a big tv to watch the games/throw events. Multiple events held for the residents to meet each other.The entire staff is amazing glad I can call this place home.

This apartment complex goes above and beyond. Every month that have community building events, and every month I they lay out a schedule of when those events will be and post it everywhere in the complex.
They control the limited parking and make sure that gues spots are not being abused, and they respond to issues in the apartments themself almost instantly.
It's always clean, and it definitely feels like a home.

Julie and beamer are just simply awesome I've been here for 2 years and I have to say it's fun to live here. They always host fun activities and the staff is super helpful specifically Steven and Jason those guys are always on top of it! If you want a safe and fun place to live you need to join the union west family!!

I moved into Union West about 18 months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The apts are modern and comfy, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the amenities are excellent.
The pool/hot tub area, complete with BBQ grills and patio furniture, is always well maintained, the gym is fantastic and has all you need to… get in a good workout, the community rooms are very inviting and there’s always free coffee downstairs!
The apts are very quiet too. I live on the top floor and I never hear my neighbors. It’s one of the best experiences I&rsquo
