My daughter attended speech therapy here for approximately eight months. The speech therapists, receptionist, and office manager were all kind and patient with the kids. They addressed each kid (and their siblings) by name, which makes them feel special.
My daughter loved that the office staff frequently changed the decorations in the lobby area to keep things creative and fun. The therapists, Ms. Erica and Mr. Joe, made the sessions exciting. My daughter enjoyed coming each week, and she made significant progress.

I just want to say thank you to Laura for helping me navigate the complicated insurance requirements and giving me much-needed information. She was very patient, nice and helpful. Probably one of the best and most knowledgeable people I've spoken with. I wasn't able to use the services but maybe in the future!

In all fairness I have to say this is not a rating based on the therapy they provide-- which my child never got to receive. Over the phone I was given a date and time for my child to start and when I arrived there a week later nobody had a clue who we were. The person up front called the office manager or whomever did the scheduling and put me on the phone.
They said our insurance had not sent our info over in the proper format. Yet during an entire week they did not have the time to either call and request the paperwork be sent again (takes 15 minutes to show up in their system through insurance

For the last 6 months my son has attended speech and occupational therapy here and it's been helpful. Staff is patient and supportive of his toddler setbacks but does celebrate his progr. They are understanding when I need to cancel and reschedule. We have Kaiser and our billing is done through a 3rd party so far I've had no complaints. My one recommendation would be that they add text as a way to cancel/reschedule appointments. As a working mom who travels frequently a text or email option is much easier to communicate than taking calls during my work day.

My son began speech therapy in July and in these 3 months he has made significant progress. Vivian is amazing! She is compassionate, attentive, punctual, kind and communicative. She always brings different activities and is attuned to my sons needs. I haven't had the best of experiences with other providers but she's renewed my hope that there are still caring, professional and competent people providing home based services. I highly recommend ViVian, you won't be disappointed.

My 3 year old daughter was referred here for speech therapy. The first day she only had 5 intelligible words in her vocabulary. Within 3 months her vocabulary and speech just took off. The therapist was caring, and made learning for her very age appropriate. I was also given the tools I needed to help her at home. The front staff, Shilah & Angie are wonderful ladies. I found them very courteous, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
