Clara Baldwin Stocker Home is a non-profit 48-bed full-service skilled nursing facility with rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We are privately owned by our Trust and have been serving the community since 1963. We are MEDICARE CERTIFIED and received 5 stars from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in 2011/2012.

First the place is beautiful, clean, stuff so nice I stayed with my mom for 3 hours and was 5 people come to ask if my mom needs something, my mom needs to change diapers and when I asked to change it they did it right away, so I feel so secure leaving my mom in this place, I visited her every day but weekend and the service was great!

This place smells and is totally disorganized! The business office is a mess and run by uneducated people. The administration/management do not know how to run this place. And the staff barely speak English and don't seem to know what they are doing either. Very old and outdated and in a bad area. keep looking elsewhere

This facility is a nightmare! My mother had just gotten left knee surgery when she was transferred to this facility two days later. Four days later being there, she did not get the appropriate care, and the nursing staff did not answer the call lights until 30 to 40 minutes later! My mother had to urinate on herself! The facility smells like mold and the food is something I would not even feed my dog!

CBS said this was a great place. No is not, I was on hold on 10 to 15 minutes, Dr. And staff don't make since, this is the worst, I came to visit after I end up talking to others patients it's like no one is there, I couldn't find a nurse, Dr. a d nurse is always on lunch, no wonder they are not in good shape. Sad sad

CBS has a very caring staff and provides excellent care to patients. I would highly recommend them to care for your loved one. My grandma stayed there and we were impressed with the quality of care she received. The facility was clean, she had a nice room, and the grounds with the pond is beautiful!
