Hi! I'm Darcie Englert, Owner and Director of Property Management at American Home Team Realty LLC. My real estate journey began in 1998, when I realized that being a realtor was the perfect way to earn a living while still being able to spend plenty of time with my three children. After 4 years in the industry, I realized I could do better on my own than with a firm, so I struck out on my own.

We rented from AHTR, and worked with Ellen Barr, for a little over a year. We purchased a home after renewing our lease and informed Ellen nearly 2 months early that we would be vacating the property early. We allowed her to show the home while we were still living there because she did not want to have to wait until we moved out to try to find a renter, and we returned the keys to Ellen early so that the new tenants could get into the property early. We did all of this to try to make the transition easier and more convenient for Ellen and AHTR.

I was sweet talked into renting a property with this company 527 Iowa woods cir east Orlando Florida 32824 from December 2016 until December 2018
The property looked nice but came with Major problems it had mold in the walls when I notified the property manager which is the realtor Ms. Ellen Barr it took over a week for someone to come out and when the handyman can out he sprayed the wall with mold remover and cut out the wall where the black part of the mold had appeared really bad , the cabinets was falling apart and deteriorating in the kitchen bathrooms , the
