Since 1981, McGrath Management, Inc. has been serving the greater Orlando area specializing in residential property management. We believe, that in all economic climates, longevity and experience will benefit owners of income properties. I have always been in the property management industry starting as a leasing agent in Winter Park with the largest property management firm at that time.
We offer a full range of property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We have an extensive portfolio of single family homes, townhouses and condos in the Orlando area. Since 1981, McGrath Management, Inc. has been considered a leader in the asset management industry.
We believe in quality not quantity and, because we strive to keep our inventory manageable, we are able to tailor our services to the individual needs of each owner. Our "tenants" are considered residents and McGrath Management, Inc. continually strives to secure residents who live up to this title by taking care of your asset and treating each home as if they were the owners.
Our policy is that the security deposit is typically one month's rent. Pets are not allowed without your permission. When pets are allowed, an additional non refundable pet fee of $250 is required for each cat, dog or other animal. The pet fee(s) is for permission to have pet(s) on premises. Any damage caused will be deducted from security deposits being held.

Do not rent from Kathy Weaver. She will screw you over for your security deposit. I understand most landlords will make do some but Kathy made up stuff that was never at the home in the first place. She charged my roommates and I for maintaining the lawn after we moved out (3 weeks until the new tenants moved in). She forced us to paint the interior of the home before we moved in “or else she would increase the monthly rate” after we signed the contract. She gives no proof of charges when she takes out half of your security deposit. Stay away from any of her properties.
