Farrar & Farrar, P.C. has been serving Tulsa and the surrounding areas since 1979. It all began when George Farrar, Sr. (1927-1986) decided to establish a firm where he and his sons could work alongside one another. George continued working with his sons until he passed away in 1986. Today, the firm consists of George's son, Greg Farrar; Greg's daughter, Rachel Farrar; and our trusted Of Counsel attorney, Eric Quandt.

I think it was because my Dad was a lawyer and everyone - my friends, their parents, my teachers and team mates, all immediately respected and admired him. That made it an easy path to follow. There is something about being able to help people in their time of need that just feels right.

I grew up in Tulsa, graduated from Edison High School in 1975 and started college at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah where I lived on the family cattle ranch.I was a student three days a week and a cowboy for four. I was in hog heaven! I've always enjoyed the great outdoors and try to get back to the ranch, the lake, a beach or the mountains whenever I get a chance.

I was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1963. I moved to Oklahoma in 1976 and have been a proud Oklahoman for the past 42 years. I attended the University of Wisconsin where I received a Bachelor of Arts in 1985. I returned to Tulsa University College of Law where I received my Juris Doctorate in 1988.

Accidents happen every day but not all of them give rise to a winnable personal injury claim. For this to occur you must be able to establish "fault". Legally speaking this boils down to establishing the existence of a duty (obey the traffic laws), breach of that duty (run a stop sign) and resulting damages (injury &/or property damage).

These are the toughest cases of all--not just legally but emotionally as well. When a loved one is killed due to the negligence of another the entire family has suffered a life changing event. It is not just a "ripple effect" but more like a tsunami. Under Oklahoma's Wrongful Death statutes spouses, children and parents are allowed to recover damages.
