Extremely disappointed in the management of this property. Less than one week before my daughters move in date, they called and said the unit would not be available on her agreed upon move in date in our contract. They've still yet to provide a new move in date, and it's been almost a week. We were also mislead on the lease rate, as we had already signed a lease contract, with an agreed upon lease rate, which they also changed before our move in date with the response that the lease rate was not binding, as Wildflower had not signed the lease yet. Would strongly encourage you looking for another

This is what I pay $1400 a month for? I moved into this like it is. They don’t let you see it before you sign the papers. Luxury apartments is a joke. The pool and hot tub are never clean. It’s actually closed right now at the end of the summer. I went 5 months without lights in my kitchen after the order was cancelled multiple times without being done. I just went 8 days without an ac. Very upsetting as a single mother. Hard to move and pay so much for deposits.

Maintenance is not up to par. Slow as ever. Nobody knows anything. Half done work. Patch up move in apartments. Half done paint job. Covered over holes. Cracks in the wall covered up with paint. No where near a luxury apartment. Entry ways is war zone with spider webs and insects crawling around. (Needs pressure washing bad) AC in the bathroom sounds like the whole building’s ac units is in your bathroom. LOUD!!!

I loved everything about these apartments except for the parking situation! I loved my neighbors and the staff. When my water heater broke around 9pm they sent someone to fix it almost immediately. Not thrilled about the price of rent, though; that’s what eventually led to our moving out. We got a much bigger space for the same price :(

We have been hear 15mths and have never had a complaint until now. We have put in 3 work orders for the same thing and still not fix. All the money we pay to stay here I don't feel safe getting out of my car at night with the building lights out. We shouldn't have to pick up trash out side that why you have maintenance workers. I'm ready to move.

We lived in the Wildflower Villas for 6 months and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The management was always super helpful and ready to help with any questions we had and the facility is kept really clean. We did not have any issues with noise, parking, or bugs. I highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a place!

This management is by far the BEST I have ever experienced over 15 years. Aaron and her staff really go the extra mile to please the residents! They are always polite, cheerful, and welcoming in the office. The grounds are very well kept, pool is always crystal clean. The interiors are gorgeous and airy and light. The new windows are very, very nice; my electric bill is so low now. Patios are pretty with plants and flowers. You will even like your neighbors, who look out for one another. This is a great place to live.
