Her passionate work as a dancer, her keen knowledge of Eastern healing practices, and her penetrating wisdom of anatomy inform every layer of her teaching, and infuse ever verbal cue, every direction she so brilliantly transmits.
My practice has evolved over the years, and I have been influenced by a few traditions, Hatha, Iyengar Ashtanga and Kundalini, and here in yoga, as in most disciplines, I favor a combination of techniques.
