In the space of about ten minutes, I was able to choose a lovely and reasonably priced present for a much-loved relative (with help from the K Hollis, herself) which was then beautifully wrapped. This jewelry store is so fabulous! The decor is inviting! The selection is great with all price points AND the best thing is the staff! They are friendly, helpful and actually fun! I dropped off my grandma’s wedding ring here to get it refurbished and repaired for her since it had been beat up by 60 years of her hardly ever taking it off. And wow, what an excellent job they did! It looks like a brand new ring now. She was so excited to get it back and see the end result. The first thing she said was, “Wow it really sparkles now!” Great service, friendly people and so many cute items to purchase inside the store. I will definitely be back to buy some Christmas gifts and a little something for myself too.

A few weeks ago I was unhappy that I was charged $20 for taking two knots out of my necklace. Shortly after I wrote the review, I received a call from Karen, the Owner of KHollis Jewelers and she apologized for the charge and offered to repay the fee. She was professional and very kind. I was impressed with her prompt attention to my complaint and the way she cares about her customers. I'm very satisfied with the resolution. Thank you Karen.

I needed a bracelet on my watch repaired and they came very highly recommended. I went to several other jewelers in Aurora who either treated me like I stole the watch or told me to use Loctite to keep the pins in the bracelet!

I entered the store and was immediately greeted by a man who listened to my problem and , personally, fixed the bracelet within few minutes to my satisfaction. I also bought an ear cuff and the lady at the register was very pleasant, also.

What a wonderful experience and I am so thankful. I will be back.

I was quite impressed with K Hollis Jewelers. In addition to all the bling-bling. There is soft music, mood lighting, big comfy couches, high top tables and chairs for larger groups, and the massive bar. Mary was very friendly and helpful. However, I was charged $15 to resize a watch band which I thought was a bit steep for a 5 min job.

My 90 year old mom inherited rings and other diamond jewelry from long deceased ancestors.. that mostly had been sitting in safe deposit boxes for 50+ years..

My dad had her original wedding ring remade 40+ years ago into a beautiful setting.. and I, her only child, have two rings I love from my husband. I hate to say neither of us want or need any more diamond rings... but at this time, we don'! have enough fingers!

So my mom decided she really wanted to have these old diamonds made into a ring for my daughter- who is not into jewelry and didn't really want a diamond ring!

Just had 3 watches repaired and they were done incredibly fast and professionally. Everyone in the store was friendly and personable. It's a very nice jeweler with a wine bar! Plus they had the cutest dog as a greeter. I will definitely be going back for repairs or just to shop :).

This is a "gem" of a jewelry store that we are lucky to have in the area. Karen, the owner has a eye for beautiful things and everything is high quality and unusual in a positive way.

My husband bought the most beautiful engagement ring ever from here. Honestly almost daily i get a complement on it when i work. We also got both of our wedding bands from the store.

The biggest problem was 3 weeks before my wedding when i was asking about our wedding bands. My sweet, but clueless husband had NO idea at all that he still needed to buy me one. He even to this day says my engagement ring

Let me start by saying the employees and owner are very nice and professional. They have a great selection of costume jewelry which I thought was higher end due to the prices. I often wear this jewelry while traveling for fear of losing my real diamonds. I purchased a beautiful stone band about $90 and it tarnished within a few months. I was highly disappointed. After checking online I noticed several pieces that I was interested in were priced lower. I don't have a problem paying but would like some type of quality. Lots of beads and charms selection. I love this store. They have everything from engagement rings to fun higher end costume jewerly. The sales people are so helpful. You will also be greeted by a very friendly dog when you walk in.

Very cute jewelry store. It's not your usual jewelry store that has emeralds and rubies. Instead, I thought it was an up scale costume jewelry store.....pieces with pizazz, but quality pieces very nicely done. They have a few local jewelry makers that they buy pieces from. I like that. I will most definately go back.
