Brought a 100% authentic lv wallet and the girl there told me it was fake and gave me an attitude mind you they should have a website to authenticate products and she did nothing I even explained how it was real I'm a shoe collector and i collect designer products I definitely am a pro at authenticating products then when i left she said under her breathe I hate white people don't know her name has short hair light skinned girl. Very unprofessional to give false information then have an attitude then be racist!

Swung by to sell an engagement ring. Although I didnt take the offer(even though he offered twice the price a different place quoted me), the older gentlemen (possibly the owner) was straightforward with me. He gave very good advice on what I could get for it on my own. First time there. Over all he was kind and knowledgeable.

I have used this store many times over the past few years and have always had a excellent experience until today (the reason for 2 stars instead of one). When I showed up to pick up an item I had on loan I was informed the the only person who can process my payment was not actually in the store because he had to run somewhere and would return in 5 to 10 minutes (strange business practice, but ok).
18 minutes later he returned, and when I mentioned my waiting he responded not with an apology, but with an attitude that it is somehow my fault for having to wait and its really no big deal. Apparently

Beware of buying from this store, especially if it was listed on Craigslist. I emailed asking if the advertised shampoo attachment to a vacuum was working, "Judy" wrote that it was. I drove 40 min to get there because I believed her. The young man working at the front was helpful and professional and pointed out an issue with the vacuum which was fine with me. I had young children with me so I didn't have the luxury of time to get out every attachment and try to figure out what it was used for. I got home and tried to use the shampoo attachment and a vital part (the tank) of it was

I had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring! The staff were so friendly and very professional. They were able to help me pick out something beautiful and for great price. I had gone to four jewerly stores nearby and they were overcharging me so i found a great deal with Windy City! I will definitely be doing business with them in future!!
