I had unfortunately heard a few negative remarks in regards to the community and property management but thus far all of my experiences have been nothing but positive. I'm enjoying my unit and the community as a whole. My only issue is that the washer/dryer units in my building don't consistently work properly which is slightly frustrating. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Please find the patience and energy to seek other living arrangements. The complex takes advantage of those who have low incomes. I lived here with my roommate when we were both finishing up school. We were shocked by the living arrangement when we moved in. We never were able to wash our clothes in the laundry room because of the price, lack of machines for one building, and it was often broken.
Our apartment was infested with roaches and rodents. We did OUR best to fix the problem when we were TOLD to deal with it because it has roaches (take a look at the pictures in google reviews). We put

Atrocious. I would not recommend anyone living here as there is absolutely no redeeming qualities. The units are outdated and gross, the area is unsafe and dirty, the laundry facilities never work, your neighbors are either blasting music or smoking weed - maybe both! and the management is both rude and irresponsible. I would sooner be homeless than ever live in these apartments again.
