The leasing staff are immaculately professional & courteous. The unit was clean and the grounds were well kept. I would recommend anyone who needs to secure a dwelling to apply for residency.

Been living here for almost 5 years now. This place is horrible. The AC began producing some very pungent smell that I had to move my kids to my sister’s place. The air coming out from the filters causes stains around the filters. Been calling management for 3 days now but they really don’t give a damn. If you want a place to live safe the stress and skip this place.

The leasing office does a poor job of Communicating anything to its residence!
Furthermore the management company does a poor job of Helping residents come to any resolution with problems that may occur in their unit. Please think long and hard before you move into this community I suggest you try other places and make this your last resort, MOVING ASAP !!!

LONG REVIEW**
I've been living in this apartment complex for about 11 months now. At first, we really loved it here. We did TONS of research before signing a lease anywhere. Maintenance is always willing to come into your apartment and fix anything. The management team is always just a phone call away. There is also a call service for after hours. The complex is very close to the Metro as well. Convenient for someone who has to drive or metro into DC. The apartments are clean and pretty good sized. All utilities are included, which is really nice when something goes wrong.
Some cons- Parking

Beware don't move here. 90+ degrees in the apartment and they refuse to cut the air conditioner on. when they do cut on air conditioning unit does not work properly. Breakdown periodically several times a year. Electricity goes out for several days several times throughout the summer. Beware they have no consideration on the health and well-being of their resident.

I been here off and on since 1987 You have experience. Staff here @ Parke Cheverley, But sometimes they leave, Bring in unprofessional, people, Just looking for a paycheck, don't care, about the situation or the residents That's the problem. If you clean your place, like a home, And the office managers, here show you they, don't give a Damm" Then I have a problem. Then I speak up. The onwers here, like to hear, about this place,THEY ONLY GO BY WHAT YOUR MANAGERS TELL THEM,.SO KEEP WRITING YOUR COMPLAINT.. I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL MAKE CHANGES..HERE @ Parke Cheverly I Love my home...✌

The management office and management team is unprofessional, I have called several times to speak to the manager and I have received no response. My lease is over on August 31st 2017 but they are forcing me to pay rent till September 18th. They don't seem to understand that if my lease ends at the end of August and I plan on leaving at the end of August, that is not a PreMature termination. They were very accommodating and nice when I first moved in, but now that I am moving out, they are not so nice. Would not recommend this apartment or management company.

I agree with Johana. However, I am breaking my lease. I've had a roach infestation since June. I can't take it anymore.
