Incompetence personified. Lived here for 10 years with constant maintenance and management problems. They’re changed management at least 4 times since then with little change. I left in 2018 and signed forms to be released from my lease only to find several eviction notices filed against me months after I left, which has affected my credit and rental report. I called them to investigate why they were filing against me and they said they lost my paperwork and didn’t update their system. Now I have to go to court to have them removed. The same has happened to 3 other people I know that lived

The office staff is highly incompetent, bitter, HOMOPHOBIC, and racists. The maintenance staff lacks manners and training. Especially the all women team of custodians who text and talk on their phones in the stairwell. The whole team is highly neglectful.The hallways are rarely mopped or swept. The grounds are hideous and the current manager is spinless. He allows for his aides to do all the work and he rarely leaves his office. He is not a real man nor a leader. replace him,...

This apartment complex is filled with rats, roaches, fleas, spiders, grasshoppers, and so much more. The people in the leasing office will do absolutely nothing about it. When I first saw the reviews and pictures of this apartment complex, it appeared nice. What stood out to me the most was that it was AFFORDABLE. Once I found out about the infestations, the cheap rent made much more sense. As a warning for your health and sanity, stay away from Queens Manor Gardens, it was the WORST decision of my life.

Only gave this place 1 starts because I couldn't give it 0. This apartment is filled with mices and roaches. The dumpster outside is filled with rats and even residents have made complaints of rats. The management does not give a damn and maintenence doesn't come by to fix issues. Rent is cheap, but after all the issues it makes sense.

I lived here for three years The building is conveniently located near a grocery store, shopping and public transportation but serious roach and mice infestation I would not advise you move here the outside always look very nice but the inside is a total nightmare
They are always painting outside the building and you know why? because the owner of the Painting company is the property manager Mr. Carlos but when you call to repair something inside the apartment they take long time to doing or you have to do it but your self
