Their communication is horrible and they have shady business practices. Honesty and transparency is nonexistent here. They barely keep people informed of what's going on, and they never answer emails. Why have a job in customer service, when you actively avoid having to talk to people? Leave and give the job to someone else who actually wants it.

I lived here for a year and really enjoyed my experience. Heather and the rest of the leasing team were very helpful and attentive with any concerns or issues we had. The maintenance team as well addressed any tickets we put in very promptly. This was my first apartment and I'm glad I had the experience I did as it has set a standard for anywhere I live in the future!

We moved here a few months ago and have been impressed at every turn. From the amenities to the staff, the Highline has consistently exceeded expectations. The management is on top of everything in the building, maintenence is superb, leasing agents are so helpful, and the concierge is incredibly friendly. It is clear thes staff listens to the needs/wishes of the community and works to make sure that we are happy. Happy to live here.

Highly recommend. From day one things went as smoothly as possible. I've only had one maintenance issue and it was resolved within 8 days. The management staff is responsive, attentive and anticipates the needs of the tenants. The vibe is chill and most importantly, regardless of the age range of tenants, the apartment complex is always quiet and clean.

I moved here in February and I’ve been loving it here ever since. Destiny and the property manager have been amazing since day one. Move in was smooth and they’ve been super helpful with everything and very professional. Destiny kept me up to date with everything I needed to know and was glad to answer all of my questions I had prior to moving and even after. I can tell that the staff really cares about their residents. Everyone is so friendly and respectful.
The apartments are very nice and modern. The building is well kept and always clean. That’s a plus for me because I’m pretty picky

I only lived at the Highline for a year, but Heather and her staff make it a great place to stay. Heather is super busy, but always made a point to greet me and my dog cheerfully every time we saw her in the lobby. Her staff are all lovely and helpful as well, especially the maintenance team. The lead maintenance tech in particular is professional, skilled, kind, and a dog lover to boot—my dog sure will miss the belly rubs =) Any time I had a question or maintenance request, it was handled promptly and with quality customer service. I lived at The Highline Apartments for 15 months. I moved in when it first opened Fall 2019. What an amazing place to live. In walking distance to shops, restaurants, mall and metro, very convenient. The leasing staff is responsive and professional - makes you feel at home. I would definitely recommend living here.

I was a bit anxious moving during Covid, but the leasing staff at the Highline made it a smooth process. Nika was extremely helpful throughout my entire moving process, from the day I met her to get a tour to answering all of my questions related to the application process to assisting me with what I needed to do on move-in day. Heather, the property manager was also very helpful on my move-in day. She was very responsive to handling any issues that came up and has been this way ever since. The Highline is like no other community in the Hyattsville area! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the community is gorgeous and the interior design is elegant, artistic and modern with a flair of vintage. There’s a Rockstar Room that any musician would love, a fitness center, a Moroccan Sunroom, a Maker’s Space for your artistic needs, a Canine Courtyard for your furry friends, office and co-working space, and a game room! It’s simply breathtaking so prepare yourselves to be blown away when you walk into the front door!
