Get people moving! Our mission is to change lives using the power of physical fitness and nutrition. Personal Training utilizing TRX, Bosu, lightweights and core stabilization exercises.

Boot Camps and small group classes offer a team atmosphere for all levels. Evolve trainers maintain credentials by attending seminars and constantly researching to stay on top of a changing fitness industry. Services
Shawn has 15 years of personal training experience and has worked with a wide range of age groups from teens to senior citizens. When working with teens, he likes to focus on not just building strong bodies, but building confidence as well. Shawn also enjoys doing strength and conditioning for athletes.
A certified trainer can help you achieve your goals from weight loss to overall well being. Personal Training can not only help beginners, but its proven effective for the elite as well. Working out can often get boring by doing the same routine over and over, but a Personal Trainer can change that!
Ready for a challenge? Looking to up your fitness level? Then this is the class for you! Boot Camp is a fairly intense mix of strength training and cardio workout. Power ropes, running, push ups, burpees, and jump ropes are just a few of the exercises you will experience in Boot Camp. This class will help you lose fat, increase your cardiovascular efficiency and build muscle strength.
Just you and a friend or spouse working out together either at the studio or in home. With a personalized workout designed by the trainer, you will be sure to get the perfect work out for your fitness level. This is perfect for anyone whose schedule may conflict with our class times or if a more private customized workout is what you're looking for.
Have you been away from exercise for a while, just not motivated to start on your own? Maybe you are an experienced athlete who wants to improve on your current fitness level. If so, then working one on one with one of our personal trainers is the answer. This workout can either be held in your home or in our studio.

Best workout that I have ever done! Trainers push you to perform at your best and I am always challenged during workouts. Facility has state of the art fitness equipment to use.

Shawn and Charlotte continuously push me to be my best. Small group environment is great because you do get close to 1 on 1 training. Every workout is different and challenging and I feel great every time I leave a class!!!

Great place to workout! Small group classes are challenging, varied and you always feel encouraged by those around you. Shawn and Charlotte are friendly and motivate you to work hard and challenge yourself. You always feel great walking out of class! The equipment is state of the art, clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend checking out a small group class.

A gym that keeps you motivated and yields results. Charlotte and Shawn provide new workouts each session and keep an eye on your form to make sure you are getting the maximum benefit from each set. I have lost inches and feel much stronger and more energetic. The other students are inspiring and supportive so it is a great environment.

Over five years ago I started going to exercise classes with Shawn once per week. Soon my husband joined, we began to work out twice per week, and we have stuck with it. I can't say I always love to go because we work hard and get sweaty, but I know I'm stronger and it's helping keep my bones strong as well.
We feel comfortable with all of the people we work out with. Many of us followed Shawn when he moved the classes from Kent to Hudson. Shawn and Charlotte are both pros. They know our strengths and weaknesses. They modify exercises for us as needed and never make us feel embarrassed if we can

I started going to Evolve Fitness small group classes in December 2017. I wanted to add some strength training to my at home cardio workout. I find the workouts challenging and like that no two classes are the same. I enjoy the small group classes so that you get individual attention but still have the camaraderie of a group. Charlotte also teaches my 12 year old son once a week in the youth class and he also really enjoys it.

I'm in my mid-60s and have been an Evolve member since 2012. Shawn and Charlotte consistently demonstrate skill and knowledge when guiding their clients through exercises. No shaming, no unrealistic expectations, just encouragement. Recommended to all ages at all fitness levels.

Convenient and quality personal fitness training in Hudson, Ohio. Clean, well equipped studio with good vibes and excellent trainers. Workout variety that leads to results. Lost inches and gained strength. I enjoy 1:1 customized workouts and have flexibility to add in a drop in group class. Highly recommend.
