Since 1978 when 20/20 Optical first opened in Sevierville, Tennessee, we have always adhered to the goals of providing the public with the highest quality products, the best possible prices, and unsurpassed customer service. 20/20 Optical has a long relationship and membership with the Sevierville Lions Club, assisting applicants with vision services and providing eye exams and eyeglasses for Lions Club approved patients.

I broke my glasses while on vacation in gatlinburg and went by to them repaired but they couldn’t repair them since they couldn’t repair my glasses the wonderful lady there took my lenses and put them another frame and said here you go, she wouldn’t let me pay for anything just said enjoy your trip! What wonderful employees and people they are, thank you again and have a merry Christmas.

I was very dissatisfied by the service I received. Friday I took a pair of frames I really liked in to see if they would work for prescription lenses. The young lady, who seemed very helpful, said they would. When I came back Monday, after getting my prescription from my old doctor, a different lady with short blonde hair condescendingly informed me that they “would ABSOLUTELY not work.” She continued overly explain why they wouldn’t and when I asked where a good place I could go online to get the type of frames I wanted, she became dismissive. I always support local business, but this one

I use daily disposable lenses. I came to Sevierville in vacation from Indiana and when I woke the next morning I realized I did not bring my contacts or my glasses. They were so friendly and told me exactly what they needed from my eye doctor and gave me a pair of sample contact lenses to get me through my vacation. They SAVED my vacation! I wish I knew people who live close by so I could recommend them!
