Dr. Miller is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry and has been providing Knoxville families with thorough, comprehensive eye care since 1989. Dr. Miller offers a wide range of services from eye health evaluations and treatment to contact lens fitting and follow up care. He is a member of the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians and an officer and member of the East Tennessee Society of Optometric Physicians.

Our on staff, licensed optician will make sure your new eyeglasses are a perfect fit. In addition to a large inventory of eyeglass frames, we also offer contact lenses in thousands of prescriptions including astigmatism and multifocal (bifocal) lenses.
Miller Eye Care & Optical accepts most vision insurance plans! Some of the vision plans we provide service for include: VSP, Eyemed, Spectera, Davis Vision, NVA, BCBS, and Superior. In addition to vision insurance plans, we also serve as a provider for many medical insurance companies. These include Medicare, BCBS of TN, Humana, United Healthcare, and Aetna.

I had an excellent experience at Miller Eye Care & Optical. The staff members are kind and provide an excellent experience. Dr. Miller was kind, attentive to my concerns and listened to me so he could provide the best contact lenses. He takes an interest in his patients lives and activities so they are seeing their best while performing day to day activities. I highly recommend Miller Eye Care & Optical.

Dr. Miller is great but I am very disappointed in how the optical department has handled ordering my son’s glasses. I took my son in to have his frames adjusted because his lens kept coming out. I was told there was a piece missing in the frame and that is why the lens fell out. I was told that they would order new frames for him and call me when they came in. At least a month passed and I didn’t hear anything about my son’s frames so I called the office. At that time, they didn’t know anything about ordering his frames. Then I got a call back that the frames came in. I went to pick them
