When I was looking up providers who accepted my daughter's insurance, I found Andes Optical. They were so professional and courteous, I switched my entire family over. They don't overwhelm you with a gigantic inventory of frames, instead choosing to emphasize quality over quantity. They are part of a larger practice, so those resources are at their disposal as well.

Yesterday, my husband and I had a horrible experience at Eye Care Optical on Broadway. Not with the business, but with Dr. Joy Stone. They are affiliated with Campbell, Cunningham. Once we left the location, I called Campbell Cunningham and they were so helpful and referred us to your location. Thank you so much for your pleasant, polite treatment of my husband. He was not able to wear a mask due to a medical condition that the first place was fully aware of. To you and your staff, it did not matter. He was treated great. Thank you so much for helping him in his time of need. Turns out, he did

I really appreciate that Mark and Dr. Sussmane took their time with me. I was really pleased with how they took care of my entire family's vision needs. Mark helped me pick out a frame that fits comfortably and looks great. He also made a great recommendation for which progressive lens for up-close vision would work best. When the glasses came in, he adjusted and fitted them perfectly. They look and feel great on me. Dr. Sussmane took great care in his examination. He has done the best job so far of getting my up-close vision corrected. It's a smaller shop, so the selection of frames is geared

I just came in for a new patient appointment today and needed a new doctor for my eyes for contacts and the lady at the front denied me service due to me saying 3 or 4 times prior on the phone I have united health care TN care. I’m told to run my insurance as a medical exam for my eyes at my prior doc since I have issues. I always pay out of pocket for my contacts that’s not a problem but I was lied to. Thank you for telling me 110 out of pocket when clearly I’ve had a different doctor assist me and use my insurance. I will make sure to tell everyone how you guys lied I even told them my

Mark is the most knowledgeable person I have found when choosing my glasses. He knows the frame size that will suit me best and even checks online for additional sizes. The lenses I get here are the absolute best and have a 2-year warranty. I see Campbell, Cunningham and Taylor for exams. Andes is able to pull all my information from their website. Excited to pick up my new glasses today. ⚘

I was so glad to have found these fine folks.

While getting ready for work my glasses snapped in half. This was a huge problem since the same night I was going to a movie festival and wouldn't be able to see the screen w/o my glasses. I called my regular doctor but they couldn't get me in for a couple of days or repair my glasses, so a coworker told me about Andes.
I called them and they told me to come on by and they'd see what they could do. From the time I parked in front of their office to the time I left it only took them about 20 minutes to take the lenses out of my old

Andes Optical has been serving the Knoxville community for years. Whenever I get a new pair of glasses, I always go to Andes.

They have a large selection of the newest styles and classic styles for very reasonable prices. If you need a new pair of eye-glasses, then go to Andes.

Please support this place ... It's a locally owned business. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Cheers and Enjoy!
