Azalea Counseling & Wellness provides counseling for adults in Colchester, CT and following towns including Amston, Hebron, Columbia, Lebanon, Bozrah, Salem, East Haddam. East Hampton, and Marlborough. Specializing in online therapy, individual therapy, anxiety therapy, and panic attack therapy for adults.
The first appointment is an intake appointment. It is more of an information gathering session which is 55 minutes long. Follow up appointments are 45 to 55 minutes long This is dependent on what your health insurance covers and allows. Appointment lengths can vary from insurances. At the beginning of the first appointment, we review the Notice of Privacy, Informed Consent for Treatment, and Financial Agreement.

I went to go see Jennifer Brady for the first time 2ish years ago. I went to visit for my trouble with highway driving anxiety. At the time I couldn’t get to work without having a panic attack on my 25-minute commute both ways (That’s 2 panic attacks a day, minimum.) Two(ish) years later I am not seeing Jen any longer because I don’t need to. She didn’t have a magic pill to eradicate anxiety, nor did she “Cure” my anxiety.
