I am a clinical psychologist practicing in West Hartford, CT. My psychotherapy orientation is a combination of insight oriented, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal approaches. I believe it is most important to meet my clients where they are at and to work with them collaboratively to help them achieve change in their life. My approach is a balance of listening empathically and actively encouraging clients to help them work through their struggles.

I am currently a provider for Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. If you carry this insurance provider, I am happy to submit the paperwork for you. If you do not carry this insurance provider but you have out of network benefits, I am happy to help you submit the paperwork for insurance reimbursement.
