Cornerstone Coastal is the worst. Will never rent from them and don't recommend! They don't tell you when you sign a lease that they want to send an overweight woman with her iPhone every 3 months to poke around your home calling it an "inspection". They don't respond, they don't care anything about the property and I just can't stress the lack of unprofessionalism here, namely real estate agent Nicole Pistone. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I came to jenny Moorhead of coastal after spending 36 days with another firm with no results. Even though she is a VP of the company, She was in my living room five hours later with her best agent Erik Leizes, going thru my house with a fine tooth comb and spending two hours going thru their plan. they supplied me names and numbers of contacts that she had used in the past. THEY ARE EXPERTS ON BOTH THE MICRO AND MACRO PARTS OF THIER BUISNESS. A Vice president was dusting cobwebs out of corners.

Steve Menke was the best realtor ever. My husband and I relocated from MA and he sat down with us to explain everything real estate in FL without hesitation. He showed us tons of properties knowing we weren't sure if we were ready to buy yet or not he never lost his patience and wanted to make sure we were happy before we bought. He did so much research on the property we ended up buying and was present during the repairs that needed to be done to make sure it was done right he even took pictures for us. I highly recommend Steve he was the best not only did we gain a realtor we also gained a friend

Lindsay and Andy are the best! They made buying a house so easy for us. They knew all the in's and out's and gave us the best advise. They are both very knowledgeable about the SW Florida area. They first asked us everything we are looking for in a home. What area we would like to live in. The MLS listing they set up for us, was what we were looking for based on the information we provided to them. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have gotten the best deal on our beautiful new home! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
