At Chiropractic Wellness Center, our focus is on you and taking the time to properly diagnose and treat your condition. Providing chiropractic care in Campbell, we treat various conditions affecting the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, including scoliosis, sciatica, neck and back pains, and chronic headaches and migraines.
Scoliosis is an abnormal curvature of the spinal vertebra. This twist of the spine puts pressure on the nerves which exit the through the sides of the vertebra. This will cause compression or irritation to the nerves (subluxation) that go to the neck and back posture muscles. If undetected, the abnormal position and motion of the spine may cause accelerated degeneration of the vertebra and the discs.
Sciatica is a problem caused by the irritation of the sciatic nerve coming from the low back vertebra or pelvic area. Symptoms include burning pain, pins and needles sensation and numbness radiating down to buttock, thigh and leg. This nerve roots that make form the sciatic nerve also controls the digestive organs like the bowels, intestines as well as the bladder and reproductive organs.
Although back pain is often felt in the back muscles, recurrent and chronic back pain is most often a structural problem or an irritated nerve from the vertebra to the muscles. Supportive vertebrae in your back form a connection between the low back muscles, legs, hips, knees and feet to the brain via the spinal cord.
The cause of headaches and migraines often goes undiagnosed. Patients are given some vague cause like stress and told to take pain meds. Prescription and over the counter medication rarely provide a long term "cure". At Chiropractic Wellness center we do a thorough, carful history, a neurologic exam, nerve scan and digital x-rays to diagnosis the root cause.

Wow!! Absolutely amazing doctor's visit ever lol. I don't think I would ever say that about a doctor's visit, but the hospitality there is just over the top. VERY nice staff and Dr. Martinez is already awesome. They really make you feel special and treat you with so much care and respect. I've been visiting Dr. Martines at the Chiropractic Wellness Center for a bit over a month and I'm already feeling relief from my pinched nerves. I'm in my early thirties but already I have a severe arthritis in my neck pinching the nerves that feed my right arm and my arm had been going numb. Since receiving adjustments here a two/three times weekly about a month or so ago, I've had a significant reduction in my symptoms and look forward to see how much better I'll feel in 5 months. The staff is so wonderful and accommodating! I absolutely love coming here and I have no intention on ever finding another chiropractic center. The ladies who work the front desk are so incredibly sweet - they make you day when you walk in. Dr. Martinez is phenomenal as well. All around a great place to be!

They use Scare Tactics and big words to make you sign up and pay for the long term, unnecessary, and expensive treatment plan. Also, I had the most unpleasant and uncomfortable office visit at theirs because I had to say NO to the many times.
I've got a family member who's a long time teacher at Palmer College. He warned us about this kind. He said:
"If you don't have a serious injury, and they are trying to hook you up with more than 3-4 treatments, especially for "wellness care", RUN.

This is the best chiro practice I've ever been too. The vibe is calm, positive and peaceful. During this time of uncertainty Dr. Martines always has a smile on his face and a warm heart.

Dr Martines and his beautiful team are AMAZING!!! I've had a really bad back for years and have been to tons of different chiropractors throughout the years. Dr Martines is so thorough and well educated in his craft! I'm pretty new to the Bay Area and ordinarily see a couple very particular doctors in LA or Mendo but based on a happy string of events I was introduced to Dr. Martines. His technique and approach really are great and he's a very compassionate person.
My spine is a jumbled mess and I genuinely appreciate being able to trust a practitioner to make adjustments. I am not in pain after the treatments and love all the additional educational materials.

If we could give this man a zero star we would, but our 1 star is knowing that he is TOTALLY unconscious. First, he has a VERY high turnover of employees and anyone who is awake and conscious, knows that it all starts at the top. We will not vote with our wallet with someone who mistreats his employees and we have heard about awful stories from HIS employees. Second, unfortunately, he really truly is all about the money. There are so many other doctors you can trust out there. It's not about how quickly he gets the job done or how many clients he has, he simply does not care about them

I had been looking for a chiropractor and went to Dr. Martinez as a referral from my girlfriend. Having walked in, Nadine seemed pleasant but really fake in her greetings. Waiting room is boring and plain. When you walk in, to your left, you see chiropractic adjustment tables in clear view. This means zero privacy as you get adjusted. He had done wonders on my spine!
I've had much improvement overall and am able to do things without pain like before.
I was developing severe osteoarthritis in my neck like my grandma and now it's soo much better. I won't end up with a big hump in my neck (like my grandma)
He also has free chases on health enlightenment included with my therapy.

I have absolutely enjoyed my experience at Chiropractic Wellness Center. I was having chronic sciatic nerve pain that was limiting my ability to do really basic things. I began seeing Dr. Martines and within a few weeks I noticed substantial difference. Not only is the pain gone, but my posture has greatly improved which is helping me with other pain that I did not realize was actually manageable. I guess the best analogy for this place is a Chiropractor office with Speedy Oil change's philosophy, "Get in, get out, refer your family and friends." Going to a Dr. Office you want closed door privacy to talk and have Dr examine you. I came to Dr. Jeff with terrible neck pain that decreased my range of motion dramatically.
