A chiropractic adjustment is a controlled, specific force applied to any joint of the spine or extremities that has been determined to be restricted in motion resulting in joint dysfunction, also known as a chiropractic subluxation.

Dr. Kristy Johnson is a family wellness chiropractor certified in Webster Technique which will help your body adapt to the physical changes during pregnancy and help prepare you physically for labor and birth.
Chiropractic care is safe and effective for treating children of all ages. Chiropractic care for your child may look very different than chiropractic care that you've received for yourself. Specifically, the chiropractic adjustment for infants uses as much force as you would use to test a ripe tomato.

I feel extremely lucky to have found Kirsty - New Element Chiropractic. I have been seeing Chiropractors for over 13 years due to migraines, and upper back/neck issues and she is by far the best, most attentive and effective I have ever had. Kristy has a gentle and meaningful approach while incorporating massage and movement through her adjustments. I have never experienced a Chiropractor that spends as much time and effort through each of the adjustments. If you're seeking a Chiropractor that cracks you and sends you out the door quickly, this is not your place. You can expect that Kristy will

Dr. Kristy has been my chiropractor for almost 2 years. I started my care with Kristy while I was pregnant and she was so gentle and would offer suggestions for positions and just overall comfort while pregnant.
I continued my chiropractic care with Kristy after I gave birth (emergency c section) and she also began cupping my c section scar which helped immensely.
Most times I have my two children with me and she is so accommodating. She has a small children’s table with toys in the corner and has even put on Netflix and let my kids have snacks and run around her office.
