I signed up for their monthly membership, and within less than a month of doing so, I was in a car wreck. Same day of the car wreck my husband drives us up there to cancel the membership. We still got autocharged for the next payment. So we called them and they said they would make sure it was canceled and reimburse us. Never got reimbursed, then the next month rolls around, and we were autocharged again! The person my husband spoke with over the phone was rude to my husband. So I go up there and talk to an employee who takes me inside and let's me watch him cancel the membership, and tells me

Best car wash I've ever been to. Sad they only have one location at the moment but hopefully with all of thier customers help we can change that. My truck actually gets clean and soap doesn't get left all over it like other places. The manager and rest of the crew are very helpful and will definitely go the extra mile for thier customers. I give them a little extra tip to shine my tires and rims when I see they aren't swamped and they are always happy to do it. Even lost a phone there and they helped me track it with thier security camera. Must use this car wash. Best for your hard earned money

I have had their monthly subscription for a couple of years. Equipment is nice, vacuums and air guns with easy access to trash cans. Very pleased with the service overall. I wouldn’t suggest running through with custom wheels or stretched tires though. The guys guiding you in aren’t always super attentive and it’d be easy to scuff a wheel - most factory fitments should be just fine.

The workers that where supposed to scrub the front and back of my car missed obvious areas. The soaps smell wonderful, the actual wash does a very good job and most of the soap washed off. The vacuums are powerful, easy to use and the compressed air is an awesome feature. Easily the best we've used so far, but could be better.

Today I chose the $10 wash option, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. For the price it was a really good wash, but I do have a large SUV (FJ Cruiser) and there were definite missed spots on the vehicle from the brushes/soap. They pre-brushed off the windshield and front of the vehicle, but I still had bug guts and the like on the front. The vacuum section is actually better than most car washes I've been to though. It's clean, vacuums all work, and the air nozzles aren't missing!

For a drive thru / self service wash this does the job. I usually get the basic but will sometimes upgrade a service. The only thing I think isn't worth it is the dry and shine, never dries the back window. Otherwise love it. Vacuums are strong and usually free (on weekdays) and I love to use the high pressure air to blow out the dust and crap that accumulates on the dash.

Does a decent job of getting your vehicle clean. Doesn't do much for the tires unless you buy a premium wash package. The $6 basic wash did a pretty good job. Doesn't dry very well but having the compressed air nozzle at the vacuums is a great plus for getting water out of mirrors and trim. Vacuums are powerful but suction drops dramatically if there are more than about 5 cars using them. Now for the bad. The price for the basic wash went up nearly 35% ! Was $6 now 8$. Definitely not worth it. If you look at the packages they offer, they are simply subsidizing the cost of getting a

Absolutely terrible. I spent $15 on a carwash...and left the carwash with soap still on my car. I came back the next day after-seeing the soap-on my car and asked to get my money refunded. After waiting for about 15 minutes for the manager to return with my cash all I was told was that the system has been reset and there was no way to get my money back. Beyond disappointed.

There are many, many car washes in this area. This particular car wash averages what you would pay at all the other locations. Difference is you get more for the money. The property is always clean and the staff are very helpful. I get a consistently clean vehicle each time I visit. The vacuums work great. They even have air spray to blow out all the interior

I live in the neighborhood down from this car wash. They are so irresponsible. They installed LIGHTS for Halloween (woohoo you get a spooky car wash- you've got to be kidding) which has caused such a traffic problem. They should be responsible enough to hire police for traffic control because we can not get out of our neighborhood. Good job alienating all of your close regular customers. Hope it was worth it.

Reasonably priced drive thru did an excellent job on my car. The guys pre-scrubbed which I appreciate. I had to touch up my rims done but that is very typical.
I was not looking forward to vacuuming my car because it's hard work so I agreed to myself to do a quick job. The vacuum was no only free but so strong and easy to use (there is one on each side of the car) that I did a thorough job. Good job guys!
