If you have cars with rear wiper, please make sure they put the blue tape on it. If not, your cars may get trouble
The manager told me that their policy dont cover car wiper damage. Ok, I can totally understand that way. But in my case, it completely is their fault. They forgot to put the blue tape on my wiper; as the result, it was broken.
As a customer, I just want to see my car clean after your service. It is NOT a damage.

I used to go to Mister car Wash a lot but when I first started going here back in I would say October of last year 2021 I've been hitting this car wash pretty good at least my windshield better than Mr car wash no drops try it thank you be amazed at a different I usually go for the $20 one which is the wheels the same pack as Mister car Wash but this one leaves your vehicle with no spots on the Windows believe me hope you guys go there and get there it's off at 2:49

I use to go here about 2 1/2 years ago in which I enjoyed the service and had 2 accounts open but had to cancel over a year ago because I couldn’t fit in my budget at the time. Then today out of nowhere my card had been charged 34.99 for a membership that I haven’t had in over a year ago as I stated before. So I decide to investigate and come to find out they’ve charged me the past 3 months before the payment taken out today, and a worker told me that my debit card is active but for a vehicle with paper plates in which no car of mine have paper plates…I’ve emailed them to see about a

Terrible experience. Took my SUV in last week through the auto car wash. Got home and I noticed my trim missing from my left side mirror. I drove back to the location and asked if they found my trim the rep went in to the wash and found it and gave it to me with no resolution . The clips on the trim are broken so it will need to be replaced. My mirrors were folded in and my car was still damage.

Basic drive through car wash with free vacuums at the exit. There is a scrubbing station with brooms and brushes at the entrance that can be used to scrub excess dirt, bugs, and debris. Once you pull into the line to pay, an employee will tape your back window wiper with blue tape. The automatic wash does a decent job. There are small hand towels that can be used to dry any excess water off at the vacuum area. The vacuums are weak and don't have suction power. I actually switched and tried three different vacuums and left frustrated.
