I was a regular at this place, but I'm never going back. After getting my state inspection, oil change, and free regular car wash - my tire pressure warning light is still on so obviously they didn't check my tire pressure, either as part of the inspection or oil change. And the interior of my car was untouched except for a quick vaccuum. They couldn't even spare a couple minutes to wipe down my dash or clean my front windows. When I called to talk to the manager, George told me wiping is not included. I will never return to this business and I advise everyone to keep FAR AWAY.

There was 3 cars in from of me, I paid then walked to the front. I watched those three come out then 5 more but not mine. So I walked to the back to see where my car was. There was another 4 more cars in front of mine. At this point I felt my blood pressure start to rise. To keep it simple I asked for a refund and left. Drove down to Noel at Mr. Hano car wash in front of Kroger and got great service!!!!!

I took my car on Saturday morning for an oil change, there was a short guy in the oil service garage doing nothing, I kindly asked him to please check the tires for me and very rudely he through the air hose towards me, he said that the air was free and to do it myself.
We have four vehicles at my house, we take them there , because it’s conveniently close to our house, but after this I’m just have to find another place, last time I just needed an express washed and the guy at the tunnel was so rude.
I’m done!!!!

It always happened to come, the workers are excellent, Rubén excellent ... except for the manager named Jorge. He is useless. On November 2, I went to the car wash to service my car and very rudely he told me that he could not attend me and to leave immediately that he was going to call the police, which is very poorly done, He treats badly the customers ... I don't know what a person like you're doing is attending a local.! Hopefully the owner can solve this as soon as possible !!!

These guys did an AMAZING job. I got the "complete" package and wow the car looks brand new inside and out. Perfect if you're trying to sell your car. They even repaired the bumper and removed the scratches and all of the stains are gone! Try them!

Took at least 55 min for my car and there was only 4 car ahead of me. Got the car back and had dust still inside , looked like they cleaned it with a dirty rag.. really understaffed too. 2nd time I’ve tried this place and still not worth it.. not going back

I use you guys regularly but today was a problem. You were very busy and short of staff. I understand this given people refusing to work while the government gives them free money (from us working tax payers!). I waited 1 hour 15 minutes for my car to be done only to find bugs on my windshield, dust all over the interior. Best I could tell the interior was not touched (except for the vacuuming). I am ok with the long wait but to then get into a half clean car is not acceptable. Do not sacrifice quality!

"Frank" the manager said he wasn't responsible about what happened yesterday at Saddlebrook Car Wash after their cashier told be to just be back my 5pm to pickup my vehicle. No apologies for the misinformation and making me late to work this morning. He said they had called me to pickup my vehicle because they changed their minds and decided to close earlier, which they did but I didn't recognize the number since I wasn't expecting their call, no voicemail either, and I have no idea how they got hold of my personal # either. I was 1hr away and doubt they would have waited for me anyways

Second time taking my vehicle here to get an interior/exterior service. Paid for one of the more detailed services and am blown away! My Jeep looks brand new inside!! I had spilled a full cup of coffee in my passenger seat which had trickled down into the backseat floorboard. You’d never know it happened. No rotten milk smell or residue! I highly recommend going to see this hard working staff.
