Includes our signature Soft Touch Wash process, Presoak Coating, Supersuds Wall of Foam, Triple Foam Polish, Wheel Cleaner, Wheel Brite Plus, Carnauba Hot Wax bath, Clearcoat Protectant, Rain Shield, Spot Free Rinse, Power Air Dry and Tire Shine.
All interior hard surfaces and plastic are deeply cleaned and then conditioned to prevent cracking and sun damage leaving a new car look and feel. Carnauba infused wax is applied by hand to your vehicles exterior providing a sacrificial layer to your cars paint and bringing back the shine to you cars clear coat finish.

I decided to try the new car wash in front of the neighborhood and had a wonderful experience. I had the full detail service, and WOW!! Was I impressed!!! They were very thorough and customer service was top notch. I ended up taking advantage of grand opening membership promotion. Returned the next day with my husband’s truck and they did superb job on it as well.

I went by to try this Ishine location's free wash offer and am now a believer and signing up for their monthly plan! I travel all over the US in my own vehicle and hands-down feel Ishine does THE BEST whole car service I've experienced. I regularly use this car wash for the past 3 years and referred them to family and friends now I regret the day I opened this account on 6/23 my driver side mirror was ripped off and management didn't take care of the issue sadly I'm disappointed and will never use nor refer anybody else to this establishment.

Yesterday I took my car (Toyota Corolla) to get detailed right as they opened and purchased the seat shampoo package. When I was asked if I wanted to drop off my car or sit and wait in the lobby, I asked the lady at the front desk how long the wait would be if I waited in the lobby. She told me I would be waiting for a few hours so naturally like any other person I chose to drop off my car. Took my friend out for her BDay and she had a little too much fun and it showed in my Jeep. I was looking for a place to take my car to get detailed and found iShine Express on Yelp. I explained what happened, they looked inside my Jeep and said they'd be able to detail it. They took me home since it would be hours before getting to my car and picked me back up once it was ready. Let me end it with my car smelt/smells amazing and looked like it did when I purchased it! They have amazing customer service and their work is worthy of way more than 5 stars! And Mia was great!!

I wish I had taken before pictures, my car was absolutely filthy! I have two toddlers and a dog, if you can imagine the mess. I didn't have high expectations due to poor reviews but I figured for the price it was worth a shot. I paid $60 for interior clean & seat shampoo. An exterior car wash was also included in the package. For the price, this is by far the best interior cleaning I've received.

I usually never write reviews but my experience today at the ishine car wash on spring cypress was terrible. I brought my car in for the interior super clean package and when I got in my car after getting it detailed I immediately realized that the tint on my car was scratched and there was some sort of substance smeared all over my front driver side window. I immediately called and ask to speak to a supervisor the person on the phone told me that the supervisor was not in at the moment. Wally rocks!!! He gets and executes customer service at an extremely high level. The wash process was quick and the guys attending the wash/pre-wash area work very hard to ensure your car is properly prepared for the wash process. The only reason this location doesn't get the highest marks from me is the same reason I left a negative review 9 months ago, the absolutely horrific attitude by the same woman working the counter inside. Went for a wash and detail. Detail was fantastic. Took a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. However the outside was NOT detailed. It was simply ran through their r machine and nothing else. Still lots of dirt in the crooks and crannies. I can't complain too much since they didn't charge me the extra ten bucks for the dog hair. I'd come back, but I'd make sure to mention I expect the outside to get as much attention as the inside. I would've paid a little more for that. Oh well.

Came here to get a simple detail. My car gets cleaned on a monthly basis. Typically all that needs to be done is vacuum and an interior detail(which is just pretty much dusting). I was told the wait would be 1hr and then the detail would be 45mins. I accepted and asked if the handout on the counter were the packages. The lady says yes and snatched it away quick before I could read anything. She said we need to see your car first. So I said okay no problem. This place is nice, but I wasn't impressed by the car wash. I paid $16 for a less than mediocre car wash that barely even dried my car off. I had to go home and wipe my car down because there were water spots and it was slightly wet. I would have been better off getting a was at HEB, Shell, or Stripes because after the wash, I still have to vacuum and wipe my car down myself, and even at the most expensive wash at the gas station, I'm spending maybe $12. ***I did enjoy the free vacuums, and the staff were very friendly! ***

They do a really good job cleaning my vehicle - hand wash.
One gripe - they don't keep the coffee maker clean. The coffee is free but I won't drink it. I've had to wipe it out a few tines but I won't do it again.
Additionally, when I arrived, I told the lady up front that it was dirty. She never made an effort to clean it during my visit.
