This is the best auto repair I've ever experienced, very honest down to earth, highly recommend. I took my 2009 Ford focus there for a quote for a new exhaust because Sullivan Tires Gave me a quote of $1500+.....Well after they looked at my car they discovered I didn't need a new exhaust at all and the issue was my motor mount saved me $1000 on a repair that would t even taken care of the issue. Sullivan's should just stick to tires. Best hands down.

Went here with my car cause it kept on dying which means it could be a lot of things. Bill and his team took extreme detail and precision to get to the root of the problem. He went through and actually explained to me how and what caused the problem In extreme detail. I take pride and joy and my car so I try to learn as much as possible and Bill explained to me so I actually knew what was wrong. Prices are extremely reasonable and you feel value in paying rather than feeling like you overpaid.

Who says old fashion service no more, don't believe it. Bill and his team are experts at their craft, completely honest and a pleasure to work with. I have owned my service company, 40 years and our cars and trucks are our life blood, Bill keeps them rolling without breaking the bank. I only wish I had found him and team sooner!

AAA recommended them when my car wouldn't start. They got the ignition working. Also they flushed my heater core and now the heat is working better than ever. They also bled the brakes and replaced the fluid and now the brakes are working better than ever. This was my first visit and my impression is, this is an honest shop with really good mechanics. Highly Recommend!

I initially found this place when I broke down near it and now it is the only place I take my car to for repairs. I trust them with my car completely. They are always friendly and get my repairs done in a timely manner. Bill is great he always explains all the work on my car honesty and in great detail. All the mechanics do great work. I have had several major repairs done there and never had a problem with their work. Highly recommend!

BC auto is a great place to bring your car. They have fixed my car and my wife's and never had a problem with any repair. Very friendly and will even give you a ride if you need one. I've used this service a few times. One time Bill told me that the problem was under warrantee at the dealer. He saved me a lot of money by his research.

This shop is my go-to. I've tried different places, but no one has been as wonderful as B.C. Bill always calls before starting work to keep me up to date with the price and let me know what's necessary and what can wait. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I just describe what's wrong and it's fixed in a heartbeat. They have a lifelong customer and even though I no longer live in Randolph I will still travel out of my way just to come here and have my car fixed.
