They quoted me $3,000 worth of work to get my car back in Tip-Top shape I paid 1000 for the two most important things just for my car to not work two days later I brought it to Firestone and they said that my transmission was completely shot in the car wasn't worth the value they should have told me that's when I brought it to them in the first place instead of just trying to get money out of me now they lost a great customer

This shop is a fraud I brought my car there for insurance claim during covid 19 and they glued the wrong parts on my car then was asked to fix the mistake cursed me out for being upset and to pick up my car with more damages on my car the paint jobs shows the paint was not blended correctly he tried to hit me and my husband with a shovel because the job was not done correctly calls the police on us saying we refused to pay which I did still my car was not fix properly dnt go here at all he needs to lose his license

I had no brakes when I pulled in I have a 8 month son who is always in my truck. Nobody in Randolph would help me because its Saturday and they all want to close early also most shops
are not open Sunday. I came here and they were super busy, I explained I have to got to work Monday morning and I have a young child. The owner had the guys stop working on a vehicle to fix my brakes and gave me a great deal. As I left they told me anything for the kids safety I really appreciate that. Thanks guys.
