Jen's approach to getting you fitter and healthier is quite encompassing. I lost 11 pounds within 6 weeks and my body was a lot more toned quickly. I learned some new things about nutrition. Consequently, I'm eating even healthier than before, which has not only improved my weight, but also my mood and sleep.

I was suffering from not able to fall off to sleep for very long. My mind chatter would start as soon as my head would touch the pillow and would go on for hours together.
There would be days I would have got only 2-3 hours of sleep.
I met Jennifer online and she offered me help.
I am so glad that I took it on.
Her sessions made a hell of difference in my sleep. Not only I was able to fall off to sleep easily but also the quality of my sleep improved .

I've been working out with Jennifer for about a month now, and I am so happy I found her! She's an awesome trainer in every way - I feel stronger and am starting to see changes in my body, but I've also learned a lot about how to be healthier and more motivated to be active in my day-to-day life. Thanks to her training, I've gained not just muscle but confidence as well! I look forward to each session, and I can't recommend her enough!

Thank you Jen!!! I've been training with Jen for just over 1 month and I've lost 1-1/2" off my waist! It's an obvious difference in how I feel and how my clothes fit. I'm hormonal, I have back and knee issues and she guides me to ensure I don't hurt myself in any way while still getting serious results. She's kind and sweet but is a true trainer, she'll get the best out of you. Even with Covid and on-line training (which I didn't think would work), I'm getting great results. She's innovative and is making the equipment I have work, if not she improvises and I get a complete workout. Best of all

I’ve been training with Jennifer for the past 7 months and she has truly helped me develop a new mindset and relationship with food. Kick butt - anything but routine! This is bootcamp with the ocean as your backdrop and a drill sergeant that does not have to raise her voice to motivate you! Jennifer is energetic, positive and encouraging. I find myself almost guilted into pushing harder because of her genuine desire to help me. The class sizes are also small enough to nurture comraderie and to allow you not to slip to the back row like I normally do in the gym!
