Below are some of the activities we offer and at the bottom of the page there are some sample programs. Most commonly associated with increasing muscle mass and strength as well as toning and defining muscles. If used in a circuit method, it can be a sufficient aerobic activity. One of the more simple and pleasurable forms of exercise with safety and eficiency.
We have selected some important nutritional tips that, combined with the proper exercise program, will bring great results to your health, and consequently a better body. After a weight training session, it is important to take in protein as soon as possible in order to reduce protein breakdown and promote muscle growth.

Andrew is an awesome trainer who I have been working with for a few months now. He is focused on whole body fitness. I was interested in strength training alone but he convinced me that additional stretching exercises would be vital to gaining strength in a more functional way. And he really has me more limber than ever before even though we still have a lot of work to do on my shoulder stiffness. Andrew is very cautious to avoid exacerbating old injuries (or incurring new ones) while also encouraging me to push myself in a controlled way. I have been training on and off with Andrew since October 2017. Andrew is an excellent trainer and modifies work outs based on goals and knows when to push and how to motivate. In addition, he is very flexible in regards to timing and length of each sessions. He is also on time for every session and his prices are very reasonable compared to other trainers in the area. I highly recommend Andrew as a personal trainer.

I was looking for a personal trainer in Miami Beach for a few months. Luckily I found Andrew. He is very enthusiastic about fitness and comes up with new and different things to do each session. He is polite, on-time and modest (no ego). Best of all, he comes to you, so you don't have to drive to some gym. The condo I was staying at had only a small gym without much equipment, but Andrew makes it work, he brings alot of his own equipment. I have had many trainers over the years, but Andrew is tops! I cannot wait until next year to do it again.

I had my hip replaced 3 years ago and so I went through a few trainers before I found someone I really liked and trusted. Andrew is very knowledgable about how to stay in shape and avoid injuries (or re-injuring). He is also very flexible about my workout schedule which is great because I work a lot and sometimes I don't know if I have meetings at the last minute. I'm not a spring chicken anymore; but since training with Andrew I get compliments on my arms and legs frequently. That really feels good, too. I stayed for four weeks in Miami Beach during my parental leave coming from Germany. I found Andrew as a personal trainer on Google and I trusted on the former reviews. I would consider myself as an advanced sportsmen, but with plenty of room for improvements. After several sessions with Andrew I can fully agree to all the excellent reviews.

Andrew is a great trainer - he is always punctual, ready to modify workouts to prevent injuries or help you recover from one, and keeps things interesting. I am bad at self-motivating when it comes to working out so working out with Andrew is a great solution - I just have to show up and he takes it from there. His rates are also reasonable compared to many other area trainers.

What a pleasant surprise! Let me start by saying that I love the idea of being in shape....however, when it comes to working out, I must admit I am flat out lazy. I also don't like the idea of going to a gym, much less after work, as I prefer a morning workout. My daughter has been pushing me for months to find a Personal Trainer to come to me. I have been training with Andrew for more than two years,and it has been a very rewarding experience. I have worked with other trainers in the past,but Andrew has a very different approach to training that I like very much. It is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic that is both challenging and never boring. He is also very careful to insure you perform the exercises with good form. Andrew is excellent professional trainer!!
He got me motivated to start working out again after a long time which took a lot of doing.
