I'm so grateful for Jason and Glenn! I was at the dealer this morning to get a recall fixed and watching those service advisors trying to push unnecessary repairs on people. It's disgusting! Arrowhead never pushes unneeded repairs. Thank you so much Arrowhead for being awesome and honest!

I took my car into the dealership for an exhaust problem and was quoted a very large amount for service. My neighbor recommended Arrowhead because he has used them for years. I was given an estimate for more than half of what the dealership quoted. They got the work done in one day for me and saved me even more than their original estimate! I found my new mechanics!

Had my vehicle serviced there last week after a check engine light came on. My wife was going to be out of town for a week so we just dropped it off on a Sunday night hoping they could get to it while she was gone. Although they were booked out Glen was able to get it in, repair the car and get it back to me. Great service and great people. I would highly recommend them.

Arrowhead Automotive is the most honest and knowledgeable place that I’ve had the pleasure to go to. They will not rip you off and do unnecessary work on your car. They will fix what you ask them to fix and let you know what else you might need in the future or what you will need right now. I am a man, but I would recommend this shop for women who sick of getting ripped off by shady mechanics. They are honest and good.

I’m a single woman and certainly a target for unscrupulous car repair shops. I have total confidence when I bring my car to Glen and Jason. They are always honest, fair and dependable. Their shop is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. Glen has worked on my car for over 25 years and I highly recommended both Jason and Glen for any repair.

Hands down the ONLY ones I trust with my car, my family's cars, my neighbors' cars, and all of my friends' cars. Jason & Glen are beyond professional and honest when it comes to the things that need done on your car. They'll tell you exactly what is a must fix, and what doesn't need immediate attention. Just the other day I was at a local tire company and they tried to fix my tire for a cheap $60. I told them no thanks and that I'd take it to my mechanic. My husband and I always bring our Audi's to Arrowhead for service. Jason and Glen are great mechanics and always find the problem and the solution. Not only have we been their clients since they opened, but my two sons and my dad are also clients of Arrowhead. You can wait for your vehicle in their small waiting area. They have a couple of tables and chairs and a big screen TV. I usually bring my laptop and the wait time goes by quickly. Not only does Arrowhead provide great service, they are fair in their pricing. Today my TT is getting new brakes and rotors. I highly recommend Jason and

These guys are really nice! I received a quote here on Yelp very quickly.My actual repair was quite different from the quote,I understand that the car must be evaluated first,but yea... take that as you will..I had a break and rotor repair.I did leave the shop with issues,but they were swift in acknowledging my concerns and immediately fixed the issue.
They don't seem to have regular weekend hours,it may be by appointment.I do appreciate a work/life balance but,I'm just used to car repair shops being open on the weekends where you can just drop off your car,go about your business,then

Glen and Jason does a good job in taking care of my car. My car had an issues and i was so scared because i don't know anything about cars and i don't know what to do plus i am worried of how much it will cost me to have my car fix. I am so lucky and grateful to find them because they are honest, price is reasonable, and very friendly. My car is now fixed and i feel safe driving my car. My entire household goes to Arrowhead Automotive for everything! Oil change, brakes, emissions light, engine trouble, you name it! They are always knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, efficient, and fair. I haven't had a single bad experience here, and I'm not going to anyone else! On top of all that, during the warmer months they even have car shows and barbecues!

I can't thank them enough for helping me out. These guys are great! Their model of customer service is Best in Class, and our vehicles will go nowhere else. It is so hard to find a place you trust with your vehicle, but they make it easy. They don't push me to get repairs I don't need, and they do the ones I do need, at a reasonable price, in a reasonable timeframe, and with great quality. Everyone knows that fixing an automobile can be a stressful and costly experience. Jason and Glen of Arrowhead Automotive have made every experience seamless and much less expensive than the dealer.
I trust these guys from my oil changes and tire rotations, all the way to a full engine replacement and transmission work.

The service: Among the best. I don't trust many people with my cars, especially because I have had some bad experiences with unnecessary services and being overcharged. The guys at Arrowhead are experts, and truly make me understand what issues my car has, when it needs to be serviced, and any work being done. I trust them more than my Lincoln dealer.
