Jamie and his team did a great job fixing my sons car. We are new to the area and were in search of a new mechanic. Top service on anything and everything that could possibly be wrong with your vehicle. I have a 2006 Lincoln navigator. I was told I needed to have it fixed right away over 4000$ to keep it on the road. I was in tears please don't look any further Jamie took care of brakes, suspension, and a lot more to make sure I was safe. I couldn't be more happy with his service. Scheduled meeting to take a look at an F-150 they had for sale. Scheduled the meetup on a Monday, went to look on Thursday. Messaged seller that i was on my way (2.5 hour drive). 45 minutes til I arrive and I am told they had someone come look at the truck, they were going to the bank and they would be coming back at the same time I was scheduled to look at the truck. I arrived only to find they had sold the truck and were signing the papers. No heads up from the shop letting me know what was happening. Very frustrated, dishonest shop. Would strongly recommend against this shop. The owner did not

I wanted to get my Alternator and Battery replaced. These guys gave me a decent quote. I had my car towed to their shop and they fixed the car in 3 hrs. You know what they did some extra things on the car- engine oil replace, fixed front bonnet screws and a under car screws .They put all heart in the effort. Must recommend for auto fix.

I choose to take my vehicles to One Stop because they have always treated me fairly, done the work needed quickly and helped me a great deal in reporting back with honest answers about what needs to be done immediately and what can wait until a little later. This is a small shop in the best sense of the term - the owner, Jamie, is on site and usually the first person I see when dropping off a car and the last one to shake my hand a day or two later when I pick it back up again. It's obvious that he's happy doing what he does and I really appreciate that everyone there takes pride in fixing

One Stop Auto has truly been a one stop for many services for myself and many of my family members. Providing great service, free quotes, helpful advice and remarkable customer service. I have had a sunroof replaced, worked perfectly after. Driver window regulator replaced, Engine mounts, airbags, brake lines, brakes, fuel pumps are just a few jobs completed here with profesional, excellent service. Many jobs were done same day. In addition we have purchased at least two vehicles working on purchasing a 3rd vehicle. I hope this helps anyone looking for a great place to get their vehicle fixed
