Came in today for my wheel alignment on 11/15 at 8:30 am. I had called the week prior itself and reserved my 8:30 appointment on 11/15. The front-desk person takes the keys, and no inspection/work is performed until close to 9 am. I approach him and ask the reason, he starts to yell at me saying my appointment was only at 9 am, and they cannot see my car until 10 am, and it will take 1.5 hours after that for the alignment to be complete.
Is this the way you treat your customers? Are you saying that I was lying for an 8:30 am appointment? They don't care for people or provide any professional values

I can't say enough great things about my first experience at Naperville auto center. While my husband was out of town, I had a flat tire. I called Naperville auto center JOSE made it a priority to fit me in before the weekend. The owner offered me a shuttle ride back home, so I could continue working while they evaluated my car. They called and informed me I just needed to replace two tire values, a quick and inexpensive fix. I'm so grateful for their honesty and clear communication, they could have easily replaced my tires since they were already ordered to the shop. Thank you Naperville auto

I took my 2015 Honda Accord to Naperville Auto Center to check the brakes and suspension after getting an estimate from the dealership, and another shop. The dealership told us that the shocks and brake pads in the front and rear needed to be replaced. The other shop we took the vehicle too said the same thing. We had heard about Naperville Auto center from a family friend and decided to give them a try. We were thrilled by the quote and how honest they were about not needing any work done to the front brakes or suspension. The repair was less then half of what the dealership and the other shop
