RISE was born out of boredom with the normal gym experience, founded by a team of fitness enthusiasts who wanted more from their training. It brings together elements from multiple disciplines (strength training, powerlifting, olympic lifting, speed/agility, sports conditioning + more) under one roof, and priced at a point that makes elite training affordable.
We're centrally located right off Route 1, between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. We offer a large, clean open gym area, packed with the sort of equipment you'd expect at a well-equipped fitness facility. Friendly Staff - Our front desk staff are always there to help, answer your questions and get you checked in for classes and training appointments.

RISE isn’t a gym checkin-checkout. You look around and you have the most motivating atmosphere filled with self motivated individuals who often have no time to talk because they can’t catch there breath from their hard work. Although you have your regulars and above & beyond folks who have the results to show RISE is an environment of NO discrimination but rather more discipline and accountability. So no they don’t go down the category as a gym they RISE above them all. Thanks guys.

Awesome gym and outstanding staff!! Perfect gum for cimbers and lifters. Derek was really helpful with everything really. Helped me get set up and even helped me locate a lost item and keep it there until my next visit. More ththan helpful! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I are the weirdos who like to find new gyms to workout at while on vacation. So we looked for a few places on Yelp and found RISE on our Rehoboth Beach trip in June of 2018. We were so blown away that when we planned our next 2 trips back that we made sure a 3 day pass was on the morning agenda! In my personal opinion, if you're a treadmill-only person you're REALLY missing out on all the amazing equipment they have to offer! BUT they have everything from treadmill walkers to body builders, and Silver sneakers to American Ninja Warrior classes! My favorite gym in America so far
