As you can see in each of these pictures, I've made a commitment to master a career in urban real estate. Being an expert in my field is important to me - that's why I've taken the time to build www.theroyalcrestcondos.com. It is important to me to share as much information about the condo market as I can.

I just moved in this condo. Building is very clean and Lee is a very nice and professional apartment manager. He apparently managed this place really well. My landlord is a very and cool person. I am very happy with my apartment so far. Also, this condo location is so good!

TOP OF DO NOT RENT FROM / BUY LIST
This place is 46 yrs old and per move in / out costs you $400 on weekdays and $650 on weekends. I lived there for three years for cheaper rent but my landlord expensed every single renovation with a total of $2k on me asking me for proof that it was not my doing. Their elevators have periods - you read me right they break down every month. The ceiling is thin you hear your upstairs neighbor. Every single person looking for renting should know the landlords here expense their renovations on you from deposit and if you don’t have pictures within 7 days of move

I know this is an older condo building, built in 1974, but I did not realize just how bad it would be inside. This place definitely needs an overhaul of the interiors and elevators. When the building was built they didn't do much to make sure it was insulated well. You can hear people in their condos while waiting for the elevator. Seeing condos listed for sale here from $600k and up online is another sign the cost of living in Seattle is out of control.

They have refused a friend who is an epilepsy patient and has a service animal. Refused to give them an apartment because of the service animal.
Bad people, not worth giving them your money.. Discrimination is illegal.
