Lily's Nails is the only place I come to get my nails done. They know what they are doing and they take care of you. I always do shellac no chip and let me tell you it literally lasts more then 2-3 weeks on me. Lily does such an awesome job. I have been going to Lily for about 3 months and cannot say enough good things about the experience!

Excellent service is why I have been a client at Lily Nails since 2001. The owners are friendly and provide high quality services. They don't take shortcuts or do things that can damage your nails like cheaper salons. I find their prices very reasonable. I general get a no chip manicure, a pedicure and waxing every two weeks. I am never disappointed! The staff keep up with the latest trends in servicing nails and always have the newest colors available. I highly recommend Lily Nails!

I've been going to Lily for over 20 years (starting seeing her prior to her acquiring her own location in Woodridge). I am FREQUENTLY complimented on my nails and asked where I get my nails done. Lily has always done a great job whether I get acrylics, no chip, dip, etc. I also get pedicures and eyebrow waxing which are always done to my satisfaction. My only negative comment would be that she only has one shop but I love her new location.

I love this nail salon. The team there are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. The new salon is beautiful. They have many types of pedicures and manicures to choose from. There is much talent here! If you want something painted on your nails they can do it! Such a relaxed and fun setting! They treat you better than family! If you have a chance make an appointment here! You will not be disappointed!

By far the worst experience. I came in and asked if they do dip manicures. Lily replied yes, and I sat down with a gentleman. First of all, they soak your nails in a bowl of acetone. Second, it took OVER 2 HOURS!! He was at the end of the bottle of top coat, so the nails on one hand dried wrinkled and horrendous. Lily told him how to fix it, and it still was all over my fingers, filed awfully, and horrible. I went in the next day, the top coat was peeling off and edges were coming off. I said I don't want anyone to fix it at that salon, since it didn't seem like anyone knew how to properly

It was $25 for a basic manicure (which I didn't even get nail color for). I find that a little expensive. Tools were hygienic. They do have a VAST amount of polish colors available. I did not find the staff friendly no relaxing atmosphere. Area was crammed but it looks like they'll be moving to another location. Won't be going here again.

This place is at best mediocre - if your in a pinch for a quick pedicure it will run you $32 to be exact. The place doesn't appear to be cared for and is in need of a renovation. They also have very large fish in tanks that are way too small for the fish (sad). I got what I needed but would probably not go back.

I have to say, TJ gives wonderful pedicures. She is very thorough and is willing to answer questions you may have on nails. I was literally falling asleep near the end of my pedicure because it was so relaxing. They also have latex free gloves which is great because I have an allergy. Just let them know when you book your appointment. This place is amazing!

Worst nail salon I have been to in a long while. My $40 no chip peeled off the next day. It was so thick and so bubbly. When I walked outside, I noticed the polish wasn't on my whole nail. It was scraggly painted and awful. I went back in and told her to look at it and she repainted them so thickly there was no chip on my cuticles. And it just went downhill from there. I'll never go back. Go to magic nails for $5 more it lasts me 3 weeks from any technician.

Lily Nails is the best nail salon I have been to! I've always felt very welcome and comfortable there! I've been going there for years and even though I've moved further away, I will still make the commute to get my nails done there. They keep the business very clean and they are always so attentive to detail! Greatest nail salon in my book!!

I've been here several times for manicures (including the Vinylux), and they always do a nice job. Lily usually does my nails, but as long as you're specific about what you want (I prefer a rounded shape instead of a squared-off nail), they do a good job. Haven't had any issues, and prices seem pretty comparable for the area.

Surprised to see the negative reviews on this place. I've been there several times for regular manicures as well as my new favorite, the Vinylux manicures. For $20, my Vinylux lasts perfectly for 5 whole days, when a regular manicure would be toast in 2. I love that I can remove the polish myself easily, unlike a gel mani.
Lily and her daughter TJ are both very polite and very good at what they do. The prices are comparable to other places around town. What's not to love about all of this?

Walked in for a gel (UV) manicure today. There was only one other customer in there when I went. Nothing fancy inside, I went because the gel manicure was $35 versus the $40+ I've gotten at other places. The women who prepped my nails (cuticles, file, etc) was good, then she passed me off to a dude. The dude seemed to be rushing me ( he wanted to pull one of my hands out before the light went off on the machine, I'm pretty sure that's not a good thing). Looked ok in the shop, but when I walked outside I saw that my nails had spots not painted all the way in on the sides. Not sure

This was the worst Nail experience I have ever had. Not only was the owner Lily rude and gruff - the man there had my thumb bleeding in the first 5 minutes of the manicure. They had to redo my NON Chip 2x and yet it still was cracking and bubbling. She tried to tell me that has never happened before - riiiiiiiight. I actually went the next day to get it re-done and the salon laughed how awful the job was. Bubbling and crackling nails is from old polish and a rush job. Located on the south side75th Street, just west of Lemont Rd., Lily Nails is a salon that I have patronized for over 10 years. I've had eyebrow waxing, manicures, pedicures, acrilic nails, gel nails and now now chip manicures! The nail design service is nothing short of fabulous. Wherever I've gone, people compliment me on my nails, sayings things like "I've never seen nails done like that before" and "How do they do that?"...and this from people who frequent nail salons!!
