We have used Josh twice and cannot say enough good things about him and the work he does. His reports are so thorough and he takes the time to explain everything in detail. He saved us from buying a huge money pit. He noted things wrong with the home that we didn’t notice because the home seemed to look so nice. Josh was great to work with. As a buyer, we hired Josh to perform a home inspection and radon test.
Josh walked me through the house, pointing out areas of concern and stuff that was normal. I asked numerous questions and he answered them all without hesitation. We received the inspection report within hours of completion.

Josh did a fantastic job for us! We've had many inspections over the decades and this was by far our best experience.
