I came to South Florida to study at FIU's School of Hospitality Management and later on move to Paris to pursue Le Grand Diplome de Cuisine et de la Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu. I got married, moved back to Miami, worked in the industry and became the proud mother of three wonderful boys. Today we are proud to offer our desserts at many local restaurants and hotels as well as take custom orders for our loyal clientele.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new facility 8453 SW 132nd Street Pinecrest, FL 33156 where we offer the same quality but more convenient for our clientele. At Catalina's we specialize in mini sweets, dessert tables, gourmet gifts and finger food. Since we are a boutique bake shop and not a bakery, we bake daily to fulfill our orders in order to guarantee a 100% satisfied client.

I found Catalina’s Bake Shop by searching high and low for a dessert table for our wedding in Nov 2021. I really liked the variety of the options and that they were a reliable vendor. I had previously tried to do 2 other dessert tastings and ran into issues, so really appreciated how smoothly everything went ahead of the tasting, and as well as the time leading up to the wedding. Everyone loved having a variety of dessert options and were pleased with how delicious everything tasted. I look forward to purchasing from them for our special events for years to come.

I would totally recommend this bakery to everyone. Best bakery I have ever been to. The foods and delicacies that they gave to me are some of the best tasting deserts I have EVER put in my mouth. This is the PERFECT restaurant for those who are wanting something new, refreshing, and delicious!
I got my tasty treat and it was something new. Something I have NEVER experienced before. It was like a flavour bomb in my mouth when I first tried my treat. The items that are available at this bakery are absolutely amazing. 10/10
