I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, creative partners or relationships of any nature that require communication mediation and assistance achieving a true mutual understanding. I have advanced education, training and experience in clinical psychology, various therapeutic modalities and working with a culturally diverse clientele.
I provide specialized treatment for the lasting effects of trauma of all kinds. While talking about your trauma is always acceptable, it is not necessary to do so for the modalities I am trained in to be effective. I am trained in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TRM, (Trauma Resiliency Model).

Services
There is no one approach to psychotherapy that is right for everyone. I take a highly individualized approach to the work I do with my clients by starting with a comprehensive approach to understanding their unique circumstances and goals. I have advanced education in clinical psychology, and extended studies.
Many people suffering from the lasting effects of trauma are reluctant to seek traditional "talk therapies" as the very idea of having to retell the story of their trauma can be unbearable. While talking about your trauma is always acceptable, the good news is that its not necessary for the modalities that I practice to be successful.
I have been a licensed clinician for sixteen years. During that time I have accumulated a wealth of experience working with clients of a wide variety issues in just as many settings and roles.

She was able to identify things that were overlooked in the original investigation with the "EYE OF A DETECTIVE". Cathy DeBuono got a confession out of a murderer that no cop or FBI agent before her could get, but she did.
