This year marks our 25th year in dentistry and 20 years as an orthodontic specialist. Our goal is to provide modern orthodontic treatment in a friendly environment for patients and parents. We want to be your source for orthodontic guidance and, when appropriate, orthodontic treatment. We look forward to meeting you.
At the first visit, Dr. Thompson will examine your mouth for orthodontic problems and discuss his findings. While this exam does not always result in immediate treatment, it allows Dr. Thompson to determine how and when a patient's particular problem should be treated for maximum improvement with the least time and expense.

Services
Our office provides orthodontic treatment for patients of all ages. We are a small practice focused on providing quality results. Towards that end, much of your treatment will be provided by Dr. Thompson himself. Outstanding orthodontic treatment should not only improve your smile, but produce an occlusion, or bite, that can hold up over time.

When it comes to our children's care we have many options. So when I was looking for an orthodonist in Dripping Springs, I asked around starting with my friends and my favorite dentist. Dr. Thompson's name kept coming to the top. Both my daughter and son have had the pleasure of sitting in Dr. Thompson's chair. Marion his thoughtful and engergetic sidekick keeps us all straight and is always so understanding about our time and scheduling.
I also love that Dr. Thompson and Marion always remember what's going on with my kiddos. Thank you for enhancing my monsters' smiles.

Due to asking for a note for my child to miss school during his appointment, they are refusing treatment. He had an appointment on Monday, we were there on Wednesday. When I was told we don't give them early, there was no argument complete understanding and said that would be fine. So I get a call today and told that I'm asking for them to have an unethical practice. For a doctor's note on the day he had an appointment, that I was completely fine with getting on the day of the appointment. We've waited MONTHS to try to get this going, then refusing to treat over a misunderstanding of a doctor's

As if it weren't enough that both of my teenage (gorgeous) daughters got their teeth all straightened out by Dr Thompson... My own (23 year old) permanent retainer had finally deteriorated to the point of poking me and causing real discomfort. I had talked to 2 different dentists in Austin- both covered under my insurance- and both delineated a pathway to resolution to this problem that involved 3 appointments and around $250 to $750 out of pocket to resolve. (!!!) I'd had it with them, and in pain, called Dr Thompson, who'd treated my girls. He got me in the next day and fixed it in the SAME appointment
