Here at Central Texas Orthodontics, we are led by Dr. St. Louis, who most of our patients simply know as Dr. B. St. Louis or Dr. B, as we refer to him in the office, grew up in small town Indiana, but has called Austin, Texas home since 2008. Orthodontists St. Louis was initially drawn to orthodontics because he saw the positive impact it made in patients' lives, and he wanted to be a part of that experience.
Our practice is constantly evolving and Dr. Brian St. Louis aims to stay on the cutting edge of orthodontic technology, and offer his expertise in a safe, fun, and family-friendly office. We have a state-of-the-art X-ray machine in-house, which lets us make diagnostic records for patients quickly and easily.

Great service and super flexible with the time. I was running late and simply called ahead and they were able to get my son seen. Dr. Brian is a great orthodontist and he and his staff are really professional and fun at the same time. His conservative approach to orthodontics is not rushed and very comforting. I have never been concerned or thought of getting a second opinion about any parts of his orthodontic plan for my son.

I couldn't be happier! Everyone at the office is pleasant. Agnes at the front desk made it so easy to schedule our appointment. Dr. St Louis cares about his patients and took his time to explain the issues at hand and the treatment plan. (Not rushed at all like other places) Angela was very patient. I'm so glad our dentist referred us to the office. It is a bit of a drive for us but totally worth it.

I have been so pleased with our relationship with CTO. My daughter started coming here approx. 3 years ago for consultation when our DDS suggested that she needed braces. At that time both Dr.'s were in practice before the one retired, the transition was seamless. The staff are courteous and professional. The office is very clean, bright and cheerful, great for the anxiety of pre-teens. They really try to have fun and make the whole process pain-free and enjoyable. I have taken children here twice for consultations, and have had very positive experiences both times. The staff and doctor are very friendly and thorough. They take a common sense approach and don't try to sell you anything you don't need, which I really appreciate. The costs are reasonable and their payment plans make treatment very accessible.

I don't think I've ever taken the time to write a review, but I've wanted to write one for CTO for months now. My son has been a patient for about 18 months, and I've loved everything about our experience.
- The staff is so helpful and friendly. I look forward to seeing them at each visit.
- The office is warm and home-like, with Austin themed decor. My son loves playing the Ms PacMan arcade game in the waiting room.
- They're always doing cool giveaways with great prizes.

We had such a great experience with Dr. Brian St. Louis and Central Texas Orthodontics. The entire experience from initial consulation to expander, braces and retainer, was so smooth. Kudos to Dr. St. Louis and all the staff, they run a top notch business and should be very proud. We highly recommend them!

I signed up as an adult patient for a 6 month quick ortho fix to ensure that future planned upper veneers would last. I paid for the braces up front and ended up being in them about a year longer than expected. My teeth didn't move as fast as expected. During the entire treatment Dr B. and the staff were completely awesome. They didn't charge me a penny more than we agreed up front for the 6 month plan. The office is very welcoming and fun. They regularly do theme weeks like halloween constumes, movember and stuff like that. Very cool place to visit and I'll be enternally grateful

My daughter adores coming to the orthodontist. Everyone is really friendly and willing to help. My daughter was only 7 years old when she got her braces and the experience was amazing, no pain what so ever and she wasn't even afraid. The best orthodontist in town. Dr St . Louis does a great job and is very patient and knowledge about what he's doing. I'm so glad I chose him as my daughter's orthodontist.

I love Central Texas Orthodontics and Dr. St. Louis! Our older son had a severe overbite and they have worked with him to get that corrected. Our second son is in braces too and I can't tell you how easy they are to work with. Or oldest has has several additional items that couldn't have been predicted originally such as a molar not coming up, and there has been no additional cost and they are always doing what is best for my son and his teeth. We've been with them over 2 1/2 years and I'm as happy today as my first appointment.

Awesome people, awesome service! My daughter needed Phase I tx so I got 3 quotes. These guys were 50% cheaper than another office's quote! The best thing is not only were they cheaper, but I feel like I'm receiving top notch professional care & customer service! The staff is friendly and they even do regular "themes" dressing up and having fun. Very nice environment, clean, etc. Highly recommend!

I have only had one appointment here so far but I am very pleased already! I needed a new retainer and going to an orthodontist you have never met can be a gamble, but the moment I walked in I knew I would be taken care of.
The assistants are very friendly and helpful, it creates a very cheery atmosphere when you come in. I was seen right after my paperwork was complete and met with the assistant and explained what was going on. She got my info and said just a minute the Dr will be with you. And he actually was! He showed up 2 minutes later, we discussed my retainer issue and scheduled impressions
