Husband just got back from taking his bike in and said it was a great experience, Joey and the tech were able to get the bent crank thing right off (he wrecked it), it's just a cheaper Mountain Bike but they still found a part and had it all together in minutes and better parts and about the same price if he could've done it himself with the cheapest Amazon parts. So save yourself some time and these pros will fix you up! Thanks guys.

My first bike shop experience!!!
I bought a newish purple and blue huffy bike off Goodwill and needed to fix the flat tires.
I don't have a blow up thing at my house so I stuffed the thing into my tiny Mercedes and rolled on up to this place. Moab. I asked them to just fix whatever needed fixin and I'd be back.
2 days later I ran in and they had my bike totally taken care of. And all it took was some air! Who knew?! Jack was the guy that helped me when I walked in and I just wanna say this: he was kind, professional and didn't make fun of me for buying a $40 bike from Goodwill

I originally went there searching for a pre owned bike for my wife. After searching and buying elsewhere I brought the new bike there for a fitting and to purchase accessories. Patrick and Joey were wonderful. I really appreciate their interest fitting the bike comfortably for my wife and took the time to educate me on my poor fitting seat. The money was well spent because the first ride for her new bike was enjoyable. Saturdays are busy because they are good.

I love my local bike shop. The problem with their service area is they don't listen. I tell them what to fix... the check everything and fix things I didn't know needed to be fixed or adjusted. Then to top it off they under charge me. Seriously they are experts. I'm relatively new to the area and have taken four high end bikes in for service. Every single time they exceeded my high expectations. Although they are all great, Benjamin is the wrench who usually works in my stuff. I ask for him specifically now. This week we bought a specialized hybrid for my daughter at Moab. Best

I walked in with a flat tire off my granddaughters jogger. They greeted me the minute I walked in, grabbed the tire and fixed it in minutes. By the time I paid for the new tube, it was done. And we've all had headaches trying to get tire tubes right. And the entire part and labor was cheaper than a tube off amazon. Great shop and they had tons of cool bikes too.

My wife, Debbie, and I have cycled throughout the United States and visited many bicycle shops along the way for service and parts. We've found a wide disparity in customer service and attention to detail. So when we upgraded our touring bicycles recently, we were so pleased to see the care taken by Jeremy and his crew at Moab in Franklin. I think what makes them so good is their own passion for the sport of cycling. They quickly grasped the importance of having the right setup for two bicycle tourists who aren't adept mechanically and will find themselves in remote locations for days

I ordered two bikes a week ago from Moab and there was a mix up on one of our bikes. I have to say I expected a headache and was COMPLETELY wrong. The manager at the Franklin location went above and beyond to make things right and was amazing to work with. I will recommend them with zero hesitation to anyone looking for a bike or accessories. I dealt with Pat from the Murfreesboro location while visiting both stores and he is super knowledgeable and answered my 2 million questions.m, awesome guy. This review is FAR overdue. I just bought my 4th bike, a Specialized Stumpjumper, from Jeremy, yesterday. I've been buying bikes and supplies since March 2015 and I have to say that MOAB is the best bike store I've ever been in. Superb prices, excellent and professional advice and follow-up and one of the best bike selections anywhere, from Specialized to Santa Cruz. I've recommended them to everyone, including from out of state.

Horrible Customer Service. First time i went in there a younger gentleman helped me look at bikes and immediately sized me up and said "this would be at the top of your budget" without asking me what i'm looking for. He showed me a $2K bike when i'm looking at spending upwards of $5K. Won't be buying a bike from them EVER! Second time went in to buy a replacement shifter cable and stood there for 20 minutes waiting for help. Ended up leaving and bought shifter cables, new shifters 3x8 and matching derailers. Both times ended up going to RB's Cyclery off of Seaboard
