I've been here for almost a year and it's pretty nice. The amenities are great, the staff are always prompt, friendly and helpful. There are plenty of bus stops around, as a UC student with no car this makes it pretty convenient. Any issues I've had were minor and easily resolved. It's a quiet and safe community.

Not a good place to live. Very rude management. Overpriced apartments that have roaches in them. The manager is a ugly little midget that walks around likes she the stuff, I always dreaded talking to her she has bad breath. Don’t ever live here you’ll regret it!

The complex is very soothing I love the great area I feel safe! Also the office staff is wonderful they get the job done!!! Would highly recommend anyone to live here

The pool is very nice. But you 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 to live there to be able to swim in the pool. Kind of a disappointment.

I work there for a summer time job as a maintenance man 💪 the units are nice the community is even better the staff are excellent I would highly recommend a person to rent from heritage reality wonderful place pools and on site laundry rooms and spa's five 🌟 rating for me?

I had 2 cars stolen from this complex. My neighbor even called the neighborhood patrol prior to the car being stolen from the complex.
Do not plan on receiving your security deposit back in full. Even if you leave your apartment immaculate.
The office management knows their lease agreement is deceptive yet their only response is "they didn't write it".
Maintenance guy was the only person who impressed me in the 2 years i have been there.
