These people have been terrible to talk with. They have been rude to me after their client hit me and they do not want to claim the incident. It’s unbelievable that they have people insured that hit people and lie to their faces and say it’s not their fault! I've been with Geny for more than 15 years and have had good experience. Recently, Alexis took over as agent for my car, home, RV and motorcycle insurance. I asked her to look over all my policies to see if we could benefit from any changes. I just got a call that she looked it all over and found that putting all our policies with a particular carrie that she felt was the best would save me $1400 a year! She did not need any additional prompting from me. She got it done in a good time frame. I feel great about her service. :)

I used Geny Insurance on a commercial vehicle policy from approximately September 2015 until April 2017. Nathan was the agent that I dealt with and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the livery/limo business and its detailed insurance needs.
